hello, the company im in bought this template but i am trying to to some experiments but i have prblems with the basics of my site like thumbnails, and the styles.. they doesnt come in the zip file i have. may i have a little help? cheers

The ZIP file includes all the necessary styles, however the thumbnails you see in the demo cannot be attached to the final download because that’s not allowed due to copyrights.
hey its me again, i know i dont have the badge, im in an agency and they bought the template hehe. the problem with the themeforest account its that they dont want to share the account for privacy and security so i cant write anything form there. i alrady told them to let me in so i can solve problems, but i guess they are trying to test my abilities soooo they didnt gave me the log in account.
the alrady gave me the ZIP file, and i just have this problem… when i upload any post the thumbnail doesn´t show up. not even when i select an featured image

in my gallery i alraedy used my some images so they open un in a lightbox but they doesnt, they open up a new link and in there i can see just one image in the post. i havent read all the zip file but let me know if it has any licence or maybe a serial numer which i can give it to you and maybe solve my problems.

I suggest you to tell your agency that send me a message via my user profile here (http://themeforest.net/user/ThemePrince right side) with the account they bought the empire theme and include your username in the mail so I can help you. If they bought it they are entitled to the latest WP version from my website.

You’ll need to remove the styler.js also from the head section!

Hi, I am having the same problem Sum had 1 month ago, I need the pages other than home to be open and without animation.
Following your instruction I checked the code on index and subpages as you indicated but I cannot seem to find any other diference except for the JQuery script. If I remove the jquery script it just stay loading.
Could you please give me a hint?

hello. in Portfolios I make 5 add new portfolios pages in different categories but if clickable “Show: All categorie 1 categorie 2 categorie 3” doesn’t show me the categorie I want… why?
steps 1. first I make a page portfolio 2. add in menus 3. I make categories in portfolio 4. add new portfolios pages and choose the categorie show from “Portfolio Categories”

Change the theme files’ character encoding to “UTF-8 without BOM ” in a text editor like Notepad++.
Hello I have a problem with every form in the plain html version of your template. I have properly edited the sendmail.php file but the mail won’t send. Also, the captcha doesn’t get generated at all. I think this is about the contact_form.js file, but i can’t understand how, since everything seems ok. My index file is http://www.fumini.com/2013 ; you can find the same problem in the contact page. Thank you

I have a problem … the template is not running in IE9 , you only see the loading animation … Chrome works without any problem.

I just checked it. For IE9 you’ll need to run the website on localhost or on your server. Opening the file directly in IE9 won’t display it for some reason.
The template works perfectly on localhost, but when I upload my files to the server (www.estampasdelonuestro.com) does not work, only in Chrome and Firefox.
I try to see LIVE PREVIEW here in ThemeForest and does not work in IE9 .
What do you think is the problem …
I checked live preview in IE9 (also with cleared cache) and it worked well for me. I’ll try to figure out what’s wrong but it’s hard if I can’t reproduce the issue.

You can change the sidebar background color in style.css by modifying the color code around the line #648 (#sidebar-color).

All hardcoded texts in the theme is using WordPress’ localization function ( http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress#Localization_Technology ) so it’s able for translation with tools like http://wpml.org/
However since I don’t prefer plugins so much, I always suggest to set up a separate independent wordpress install for every language.
