Hi I love the theme I am just having trouble getting my homepage layout to look like your demo. I cannot seem to get “Welcome to….. Glad to see you” text and the three boxes underneath to appear on my page. I have selected the template in the page options and all features appear in my theme options menu and can be changed there they are just not appearing on the site. Please help, thank you. I bet its a simple fix that I am not seeing. Love you work though.

Hello – is the product thumbnail configurable as height/width? I see they are always (in your demo) landscape/wide photos of products, and they are 3 in a row or 2 if the version with a side bar is used. I would like to use smaller and taller images as thumbnails, is that possible or will they be cropped (which is not what I want/need right now). And, could they be more than 3 in a row? Of course, keeping the responsiveness. Please let me know – thank you.

Thank you for answering; unfortunatelly, with “portrait” thumbnails yet without the option of adjusting the height (not recommended, as per your link above), I would end up with hugh “thumbnails”... that is why I was aslking for multiple product/thumbnails listing (such as 4 or 5 products in a row). Your template is set with “landscape” thumbs, you may want to consider in the future a version with – at least – squared thumbnails, smaller (an update, or something).

this part is our custom work. So that you can have several thumbs under the main image. And also that if you have more images that it will turn into a slideshow. This is our work and thus part of the theme itself.

Hey I’ve recently purchased your theme and have been having some problems with it. I cannot get the theme to look like the way you have it on your preview. For some reason I think it goes on the blog when i hit home. I cant even see any of the catogories and pages or images. I cannot even make my logo smaller. Please help me set up the theme and make it look great like its suppose to look.

Love the styling on the theme, when viewing at mobile width there are some issues though – the major one being that menu sub items are unreachable.
I appreciate that you didn’t just go for the lazy ‘select’ option most people opt for, but it means multi-layer menus are not accessible on the mobile.. Are you aware of this and are there any plans to improve the mobile experience offered by the template?

I have suggested my client to bye this theme but the nivo slider sucks in this theme. Images have error and going out from slider div. All images are showing right one after another vertically. Why this shit happnd? I changed the nivo.php page and then now it working. Please check your theme before upload a new version. :/

Then why you don’t fix that and upload a new version. I am a developer of a company and He bought the theme. This issue wastes my 2 hour that’s why i am so angry..
I just checked in wordpress 3.4 and there the nivo slider is not showing well, don’t you think this is bug in your theme???
Because the update process on Themeforest is not instant. I don’t care who bought the Theme, this is the last reply if you do not post with the account with which the theme was bought.
Also if you really bought the Theme you could have simply either check our support portal or write us through the profile here (thats how purchase validation works). You failed to do so, so do not blame anyone but yourself for wasted hours.

But your theme has bug and the user who buy this theme they can not use the nivo slider. My client brought this and i have the latest version. I strongly suggest the users not to use this theme unless the new version comes with out the nivo slider bug.
The Nivo slideshow works exactly like on our live preview. The updated version for 3.5 will be available on Theme in 1-2 days (depends on approval process). For further support drop me an email through my profile with the account with which the theme was bought.

1. Well this is a custom plugin, which you would have to buy (a Codecanyon is a good place to search).
2. This can be hidden by adding display:none in the css (can guide you if you need any help)
3. If you mean the full width slider on the front page, then yes you can add both vimeo and youtube videos.

The responsive functionality is causing my very small images to show up large and stretched out. (see screenshots below)
