it is possible to change theme color to dark?

At last a new theme for creatives! This looks great… dark would be good for me to show images and responsive is a must for the future. I will email you with an idea for some simple alts that will make a few photographers fall in love with this theme. Go create!

Nice theme.
You mention post formats on the DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP of the theme. Will you add only a post format for video, or will you also implement other formats that are standardly used, like:
- Quotes - Galleries - Links - Images - Audio
Hi CelsiusPT, yes it will use all of them with the exception of Audio. We will include this if it meets my performance requirements. We want to find a plugin / opensource player that will work with many instances on the page and not slow down older browsers etc. Hope that helps / answers your question.

Here goes another suggestion.
Individual posts should indicate the name of the author from a given post.
I’m only suggesting this because it’s a blog/magazine theme and people like to know who they “are reading”.

Sorry about the problems you’re having, we are working very quickly on a fix for this. However if you have access to your php config file (php.ini) allow_url_fopen should be ON, which will fix this for you. If you don’t have access try contacting your hosting company and ask them to set the value of allow_url_fopen to ON.

Before I buy this theme, I’d like to enquire whether this theme is using a Tim Thumb script to generate the Thumbnails? I’d like to know because I’m having tons of problem using Tim Thumb on WP Multisite as the post is imported from another site within the domain.

This theme definitely does not use Timthumb at all. We have had a few problems with Timthumb in the past with and would like to distance ourselves as far away as possible from that script!

A presale question or request, could a ratings script be implemented? I feel like many would like such a feature. Like, it could be near the comment # on each post.
Hi Glo, im sure we can help you implement one. There are several plugins out there. None of which I have enjoyed using as they all seem to cause PHP notices / warnings. If you did buy the theme, and found a plugin. I could help you with which files you would need to edit to make this possible.

Love this template and I just bought it! Just one suggestion, since it does seem to be “inspired by” so many social media websites – any way you can add more options to the “social networks’ area of the design in the theme options aera? Pinterest being a big one, along with google+, youtube, and others? I love the style & placement of these buttons in the design, and would hate to clutter up the side bar putting other buttons and banners for social media sites not supported in the template. Thanks!

Will this theme automatically post thumbnails or featured images from image posts as well?
Hi Kaystyle, thanks for the interest. Could you clarify your question?
We use the ‘featured image’ function within WordPress to use as the images shown on the posts / portfolio items.
When you upload an image, we have added extra image sizes so that the image gets cropped / resized to fit the theme.

I rss feed images and captions into a blog. I have a plug in that downloads the image into the individual post gallery automatically. What i have found is some themes will automatically assign this image from the gallery as the featured image. I currently do not assign featured images manually because there are far too many incoming post a day. When the feed generates a “post” this post saves the posted image to the wp-post gallery of that post, will this theme automatically assign this image as the default post “featured image”? Or does it require me to click featured image, click gallery, select the automatically downloaded image and assign it as featured image myself. =) I hope im explaining it correctly. Thank you for the screens, but I think the problem in the “Slid show” widget, I check box “Show slideshow?” then I select the Category from “Which slide category?” But after I click the update button the select box of “Which slide category?” get back to its default “Show all”, so it is not saving the category I chose, Do you have solution for that or you prefer I send to the support?

The next update is coming really soon. We have fixed this and given our slideshow a bit of an overhaul. You will be able to change the timeout, effect and of course actually pick the slideshow category!

Is it possible to insert vimeo, a subscribe button, to make it so when you read a post you can just click back to that posts location in the blog (rather than back to the top). A button similar to the one you have to go back to the top but goes down to the bottom. a clickable slider which automatically flicks through images. The option of a space for an advertisement bar at the top of the page. A new page for storing photos where you can click on albums or the choice of adding a slider within each blog so it is possible to view more than one photo for each blog.

Thanks for taking the time to comment, its possible to embed a vimeo video into post or page content by copying the embed code from the video you would like to share and adding that to the HTML of the post or page.

hi. Can the background grey texture be removed or replaced with a colour or image?

The texture is created by using a repeating background image. Its quite straight forward to replace this with a solid colour. I’d be happy to help out if you let me know a few more details about your exact requirements.
