Sorry, me again.
I seem to be having problems making adjustments to the module slide show that comes with the quick launch package. (The Module Hippo Kit) I was unable to change the text input fields such as Text Limit count, animation fields, scroller text etc so I created new slides from scratch. Now I need to adjust the text limit count on one of the new ones but can’t type in the text box. All the list menus can be changed though so it’s just the text fields
I’m using the layout JM Press if that’s any help.
Look forward to any advice as I don’t really want to make a new slide from scratch every time I need to change something so I must be doing something wrong

Really sorry for this kind of problem. We have solution on documentation. And we also put a description how animation work on mod_th_kit\types\slider\jimpress\doc
You can also take a look on enterprise jimpress settings to install it like a demo
Last you can mail us with admin access so that we make one slideshow for you and you follow it for others. Regards

I don’t have any problems making new slideshows. I’ve followed the instructions found in the package which are very good and explain everything and studied the pre made slideshow shown in the quick launch package.
The problem occurs when I want to make a change to an existing slideshow as the text input fields that I could previously type values into are now non functional. Only the drop down lists work.

Could you please confirm that you can in fact make changes to these text input fields AFTER a slide has already been created.

Thank you for your quick response. I appreciate it and very happy with the support for this template.
After you mentioned in your email that you changed the first slideshow I went in and tried to do it myself. I still couldn’t change the text fields. I then decided to try a different browser as I was using Firefox V12.
I could change the change the text field using Internet Explorer 9 and Chrome V12 but not using Firefox. It’s a browser issue and browser issues are too complicated and boring for me so I’ll leave it.
If I want to make a change to the slide show in the future then I’ll just use IE or Chrome and not use Firefox.

Hi, GREAT Template – I love it. Just one little Problem with the Icons & Font Awesome Intergration. Its not very clear how to use these in my articles, in your Demo on Themeforrest – on the Page “Typograhy” – it sounds pretty easy – but in the package – the Typography Site doesnt contain the Icons – just the names of them… Anything else ist there – working fine…. Any idea – hint? Cheers Thomas

<span class="icon-twitter" />here some text- just the Text appears – no Icon. I put that in the HTML View of the TinyMice Editor – no effect….On the other Hand – another Problem appeared, when I add reCaptcha to my contact page – the white Text area is so big that it shows up over the Footer Area….

i clicked new tab and typed the address and entered it says connecting and slowly again i can see new tab text. Nothing happens
i am using MAMP in that PHP – 5.4.4

memory_limit = 128MB
Let us know what happen. In Enterprise we uses less css and gantry, it needs more execution time and limit. Same problem works with this solution. If possible also test it on live server.I tried in the live server but now its coming like 500 internal server

In slideshow, image height is auto. You can put height on modules/mod_th_kit/types/slider/jmpress/css/slider.css on line # 77. Our recommend image pixel size is 550×600. Regards. For further support please mail us on support@themehippo.com

Enterprise comes with Gantry Framework, so by default you can get Twitter Bootstrap feature.

Its not loading correctly on Safri, & IE 9& 10 on my system. The emplate shows completely black with no animation on safri. IE does not show the animation and the images/positions break. Even the font style changes

I am trying to uninstall it but it is not fully remove & if I install roknav, then it is not showing in Template part in admin.

Apart from that 2 screenshot’s steps, any further steps or setting to do while creating Menu Sub Menu & its sub menu, then pls guide or share screenshots as earliest.

I answered it on mail. Re-post here-> Fusion Mega menu replace with Dropdown Mega menu from Gantry 4. You can do all thing like fusion menu with Dropdown Mega menu.
You can see the forum post Fusion MegaMenu on Google Groups. Where Andy Miller said “If you want to use the old fusion menu, you can download an older version of Gantry (4.0.X) and port it over. We will not be using it going forward however, and you are on your own if you want to use it.”
So, you have to use Dropdown Mega Menu for extended work.

We publish contact form with absolute position for Map. You can delete it from templates\th_enterprise\less\custom.less file. Please find /* Contact Page*/ here you can see:
position: absolute; top: -396px; right:10px; width:80%;just delete it. Please, mail us support@themehippo.com for more support.
