You must edit the page in wordpress(for example homepage). Go to pages >> homepage and click on the edit link. You will find a text area which has visual and html tabs. Just put this shortcode any place you want it to appear. If you have imported our demo content, then you can see that we have used lots of shortcodes in our various pages.

You can’t upload avatars using the theme. You have to go to gravatar.com, sign up and upload avatar. It will then appear here and on any blogs where you comment and it is enabled. Or if you want local avatars, pls check this plugin – Add Local/Global Avatar. Hope this helps

Hi i have the common qtranslate logo url issue found some ways to get around online but couldnt apply them to this theme. what do i do for logo to redirect to home page without going back to default language
Pls email me a temp login to your site with a little more description of how to reproduce. I tried reproducing and saw no issues (with wp 3.5 and latest qtranslate). Choose German as my language and when I clicked on the home page, the language stayed the same. Probably I did not understand your question right or missed a step. Thanks

1) Possible to get psd files of the social and native icons? Need a different color there.
) Where in style.css can i find the fancy dividers? Also i like to turn them a different color.

This is expected on IE7,IE8 since it does support CSS3 attributes, specifically
border-radiusin your case (hope I am understanding your question right). Read more here http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_border-radius.asp. The share of IE7/IE8 is shrinking rapidly and hence I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Many well known would be broken on these browsers anyway and many of the web2.0 apps are not supported on them. The user will be forced to upgrade some day anyway.I now see this text in the adminpanel:

I have never seen something like that happen unless the user reduced the zoom on the IE. I hope you are referring referring to the smaller sized view here.

I want to buy your Enticing theme. However… I see in the customization screenshots that the maximum logo size can be 300×100 which will not be a good option for us since our logo will not look good at this size. We will need a higher header area and a larger logo.
Is there a way to increase the header area so that we can use a bigger logo?
I have replied to your question on the Enticing support forum. There is no limitations on the header size or the logo size in our theme. Hope this helps.

My client would like the menu to have short descriptions below the primary menu items as seen on this site www.qeconstruction.com. How can I incorporate the menu ‘description’ built into WP to display for primary menu items only?

Hi, Glad you like our theme. It will be nice to have description for the menu items although I have not tried it myself. Can you have a look at the below article – http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-add-menu-descriptions-in-your-wordpress-themes/ and see if you can get something up and running? It’s not easy but not too hard either. May be we will have some display issues to tackle through css. Thanks

Checked the site. Looks like the original image resolution is not compatible with the layout chosen (images have much lower width than height but the layout requires you to have higher width to height ratio). If you do not have access to such images, can you pls try out thumbnail layout or grid layout and see if it works for you?
