Ok.. the neverending Story.. Pity.
I promised my boss that I would have our new website design (which I intended to use this theme with Wordpress) up by the first of the year because I believed the theme to be uploaded by Dec. 15. This is frustrating and getting me in hot water at work. Upload what you have, you can always upload changes later.
Definitely a shame that the theme is lagging. A lot of people wanted to purchase this theme and empty promises don’t help anyone.

I got it now. Thanks. I had to load it into Safari. IE seems to be giving me problems these days.
Interested in purchasing both the html and wordpress versions . When I buy these themes, how much freedom do I have to alter for my usage. For example the top portion of the homepage is fine, but I would like to alter the bottom portion to monetize the sites with some ads. Move or remove a few of the existing blocks or content. Is this a violation of the work or acceptable.

You can use it however you want as long as you’re not reselling it. You can change anything to fit your needs.
Nice work. Plan to buy HTML Version. THe problem is that I also wanted the reservation script used on wordpress verson for my html purchase. Is it possible to include that script in html purchase?

Unfortunately the reservation part is dependent on wordpress framework and it couldn’t be separated from it without some major changes.
We can offer you only a static version of it in HTML .
What does static look like on html. How it works?
