You need to follow these steps:
1. Create a post 2. Add a new category called “slider” (with the slug “slider”) and add the post in that category 3. Add an image to the post and set it as “Featured Image” and that’s all
The theme is auto resizing your images.

If you haven’t made changes in the theme’s files, you can just overwrite the files from current theme folder with the files from the update.
In case you’ve made changes just leave us an e-mail and we will give you details information what to replace so you would not affect your custom changes.

Ermark, Thank you for designing such an elegant theme (front-end and back-end). I install this theme on WP 3 .1 and for some reason the white/brown options are still on the top notice bar. How can I make these go away?

I made all images over 800px on the long side, do they need to be a specific size? I haven’t made any changes to the PHP or CSS (expect for the logo), but I noticed this problem from before using WP 3 .1 (version 3.05)

The images are automatically re-sized so there’s no problem, let us some login formation to check further!
First thing I tried, setting up the menu, you know left and right, it does not work, the menu items are not in the grid but all over, even the text, which should be on the page, is right under the menu. Makes me feel like I bought a lemon

Btw., this is not the first theme I’m working with, never had a problem like that…
I just purchased this theme yesterday. Everything works great in FireFox and Chrome but in Internet Explorer 8, there is just one issue. The reservation popup form displays half on the page and half off the page. I have it setup on http://pcsurgeon.co for testing right now before I move it to the live site. Any way to modify the CSS or JS to fix this small issue. You may email me direct with a responce using the contact page on the test site. Thank You.

Just one more note, on the menu price page, the “view more” is displayed pushed down into the item listings in IE8 but in FireFox and Chrome it looks fine.
I deleted all files and reinstalled the theme but am having the same problem. Look, when the first thing you do fails like that, buyers remorse sets in, how can I get a refund?

Be patient, we will figure this out…
My guess is that you should change the menu items description to one line of text at most.
To view the menu’s “Description” filed follow these steps:
1. open Admin -> Appearance -> Menus 2. in the top side there’s a button “Screen Options”, in the sliding panel check “Description” 3. open every menu item and edit the description
Usually Wordpress loads a part of the content in the description field of every menu item, and this is the reason why this is happening.
If you encounter any problem following my steps leave us an e-mail with the login details and we will take care of that and make sure everything works okay.

HI just got the theme its a very nice and professional theme. I have a couple of problems on the home page where is the showcase products area i made 4 new products but on the homepage it shows only 1 image not 4 see sample http://amligadesign.com/deplhipalace/.
And another question every time the page reload everything jumping and you see different text for couple of seconds why is that??

I have the Font for Steelfish showing in the Font Book but it still says it is missing when I open the psb file in Photoshop.

If you have the latest update the Cyrillic characters should be already included in the cufon version of the Steelfish Font.
If you don’t have the latest update just download the new version and install it!

I commented a couple of pages back about how I like the template and that I am making extensive changes to the template. This still holds true as I’ve had no real issues, but one other recommendation I would have is to be specific when it comes to naming the various .psd layers.
Because there are so very many elements to your design, and many are simply named along the lines of “Layer 78” or “Shape 38” turning a layer off or on is often the only way to identify it, but this does not always reveal it. “Color Fill 2 Copy” would be much easy to identify if it were simply named “Top Scalloped Border” or some such. The same goes for the layer groupings. Other than that, again, great effort.

About the slices naming or layers naming, in the slicing process we realized that Photoshop slices could take a large amount of time so we tried to use “Convert to object” feature, most of the objects exported from the psd to psb files are properly arranged in the slices folder having the same name with the export image.
Unfortunately the design process sometimes it’s a back and fourth process trying to bring the design closer to a clear markup and excellent implementation.

I have a similar problem as ‘turbocarlos’ in that the images on the home page are not showing up when a new product is added. I even used the same image from the original dummy products. Additionally, when I populated with the XML content one image was not appearing even though the pic was in the folder.
I’ve already sent my log-in info via email.
On another note, I bookmarked this theme since it came out praying I get a client to use it for and my prayers have been answered:). Now I wait for Ermark to answer, ha! This theme has great looks and great support.

Seems like the import process is failing partially, but in my opinion it’s not a theme problem rather then some import error that wordpress is showing up.
I will try to look over again, maybe I’ve missed something.
Yes it looks like a partial import failure. I used the Wordpress Importer to upload the XML file you sent.
