Nice theme! Is there an option to have 3 column portfolio instead of 2 and 4? Can portfolio go on homepage? I don’t see it, but can you create a way to go to the next project inside of a single page portfolio item (back, forward, back to portfolio button) instead of having to go back to menu?

the portfolio teaser on the homepage is titled “Latest Projects”.
There is no 3 column option nor a Back button. If you desperately need one you could build one with our shortcodes (or shortcode wizard).

I saw the ” Latest Project” title, but I’m talking about the ability to put the filtered portfolio on the front page, but I guess that means it can’t be done.

Sorry. Misunderstood.
You can choose every page as front page in WP but you will have no slider when using the Portfolio template.
You could though use the home page template and one latest projects teaser.

hey, great work, looks very nice with the transparent background or edge-glass-effect and the slider… so a few questions:
a) comes escalation with xml-file? b) no toggles? c) latest projects on home possible to slide for show more?

a) Sure, the preview content is included as XML file (images are replaced with dummy images)
b) 1st update
We simply forgot to put them in. In case you buy and need them sooner please contact our support.
c) There actually is no sliding for this function but it will break down in multiple lines if the number of items does not fit one row.

Update 14/August/2012:
How do you recommend is the best way to update the theme since the files are named the same – are there only certain files we need to replace? Or just upload and overwrite the whole theme folder.

you basically could replace all files via ftp upload.
The only ones changed though are js/jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js (because of the jQuery 1.8 thing) and the js/screen.php (because of the wrong footer position). Maybe you could just exchange these two or the js folder for less time loss?

Oops forgot to ask.. can I disable the social buttons top right and maybe replace with a client login button?

you can disable the social icons, in the footer and in the header in the same time, or you can just edit the header.php file and disable the social div there and insert your client login module if you wish. In case you need help with it let us know, we send you a short how to do for that.

sorry to be a bother … Is there any way to control the re-sizing on the home slider? As it requests I put in a 1000×234 image, but then it scales it up to something that is 450px tall, which obviously degrades the image. Any thoughts / tricks?

thanks a lot for your feebdack. Basically it should not happen. The slider must have the height you define via the slider editor. If you see a downscaled image, than it must be a css bug. I would love to take a look on the site. Please open a ticket at http://themepunch.ticksy.com and if possible send us in a private ticket your credentials. I would take a look tomorrow mornig asap on this issue, and solve the problem. if it is an item issue, update follows ofcourse asap as well.
