I love this theme! Not only is the design awesome, that back-end WP area is steller!! (As well as the user guide) So far this theme ranks #1 in ease of use and it still keeps the capability of major customization. Just sayin.

that must be done via coding (e. g. little custom work) in the php files itself. There is no option for changing that included.

When we add a sidebar to one of our pages, the page ceases to show up in the black NAV (main nav) that appears on mobile devices. When we shut the sidebar off, it reappears.
The option that shows when the sidebar appears, just says Navogation, instead of showing all the top tier pages that we assigned to the main menu.

Hi, awesome looking theme! Was just wondering – how easy would it be to integrate an isotope/masonry structure for posts on the homepage which are displayed as featured images like in this theme: http://mushindesign.co.uk/switcher/?theme=vivo

Hi Dan,
basically it should not be a problem. Since the container size changed via media queries the isotope would work well inside the homepage and act every time you resize the screen.

Hi,
I am experiencing a problem with your theme. Right after installing I am not seeing any page options. I installed this theme on to existing content, and I have pages set up. Now I can see the content – but under page options there is no options available – just a gray box with update button.
I am assuming the page is not visible because I cannot choose the page template – but how can I do that if there is no options available.
Please help me with this issue. Magda

we could do this for you in a quick move but you must know that our custom widgets are not designed for this size. So you have to use a different widgets for that. The standard Text widget for example.

Thank you Themepunch, worked wonderfully. Have another question:
1. Seems that under >Escalation Options >Sidebars >Management; it gives me the abilkity to create as many sidebars as possible, but only the top two from the list of sidebars are displaying under widgets, any suggestions (I even replaced the “theme.sidebars” php script assuming that may of fixed the problem).

Where are the shortcodes located? I need to know how they are written in the html editor to take advantage.

Hi,
I do not exactly know what you mean. Easiest way is to use the shortcode button in the Visual Mode and insert the shortcode. It will be still visible in the editor if you switch to the HTML view.
If you would like to see the sourcecode containing the shortcodes you will find that in escalation/functions/theme_shortcodes.php

Thank you – I never spotted the shortcode button in the editor. That’s all I needed.
I am having trouble with adding sidebars. Once added in the theme options, all of the new sidebars are not showing on the widgets page for editing.
We are needing to create about a dozen unique sidebars, and it’s very important that we can access and edit the regularly.

Hi, I just bought the theme yesterday and got started. Great theme, but one major problem for me I hope you can fix! When I tested some mp4s I placed just for testing before I did a bunch of work, I notice the mp4’s played of course on the desktop, they played on the android and they did play on ipad, but there was an issue. The issue also happens when I play the html video example on your demo site on ipad. When you scroll down to the area or hit play, the play window continually moves down when it plays and then playing it seems to start any other html 5 vids (MP4) window to move and grow down into each other. I know this sounds weird but again it happened on my own site as well as your own demo site with the ipad! I LOVE THIS THEME I hope you fix it or I won’t be able to use it!
