RocketWay

Thank you AliA :)

ThemeBuilder is so awesome feature, keep up the good work! :)

RocketWay

Thanks Lumberjacks! :)

Am I able to move & align text, buttons and images within the template builder or do I need to export the html and make the adjustments there?

For example centralize the logo in the top?

Thanks!

RocketWay

Hi rhising,

Thank you for your interest. The Themebuilder demo version is the same as the purchase version, s you can test everything in the demo. If you want to adjust some things you have to export the file and adjust this in the code.

Cheers,
Sebastian

great design.. good luck for more sales :)

Thank you webduck! GLWS to you!

Great theme ! GLWS :)

RocketWay

Thanks fieldthemes, GLWS!

Hi, Nice theme. I have two questions: 1) is there a way to make the background images editable within mailchimp? 2) can you remove the button in the theme builder? I intended to purchase the other theme you built (wave) but made a mistake and go this one instead. Which is just fine but my cleint cannot remove the button in the HTML each time.

thank you

RocketWay

Hi nancy1of1,

Thank you for the purchase. 1. It’s not possible to edit the background image in MC system with an edit button for example. You can change the BG images only in our Themebuilder or you have to change this in the HTML code in MC. 2. We just made an update in Escape, you’re now able to remove the button in the header :) We also made a new feature like the moving dots in Escape. Please read the item description for the info about it.

Cheers,
Sebastian

Love the little floating elements

Are those from the litmus email campaign that went out a few weeks ago?

RocketWay

Hi CISadam,

thank you for your kind comment :) Yes it’s developed by Kevin Mandeville from Litmus and we got permission from him to use it (as mentioned in our item description).

Have a great day!

Steve

HI steve, yes i believe so would you be able to type a sample one? thanks

RocketWay

Hi,

All valid URL’s should work. Please try this URL: http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120410002359/halo/images/1/11/Galactica_space.jpg
Otherwise email us to: support[at]rocketway.net

I’m trying to edit the header background image, I found the url in the code, but it isn’t showing up when I upload the html template file into mail chimp, any help??

Default-user

I found the problem in your code. For the background img url it should be:

background-image:url(‘http://rocketway.net/themebuilder/template/templates/escape/images/header_bg.jpg');

You had the parentheses in the wrong place. Just though I’d let you know

RocketWay

Hi csmithFCEdge,

Thanks for letting us know.
I just updated it in the export.php code :)

Have a nice day!

Cheers,
Sebastian

Hey guys,

may you please let me know how to add this “particle javascript” extension as shown in your theme builder into a static html data? Or is it just doable using this effect in your online-theme-builder?

Would be great to get a hint.

Thanks and cheers

Email templates don’t have java script :)
It’s coded with pure CSS3 and Keyframes, please read our item description of Escape about it.

If you want to copy this code I advise to search for "dot1, dot2, etc".
Under the @media queries you see a <style> with classes @media screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 0) copy everything inside this. In the HTML we have a comment <!-- DOTS! --> what ends with <!-- End DOTS -->, copy this also. Then at the very bottom there is another <style> with the comment /* Moving Dots */ copy this also.

Please email us to: support[at]rocketway.net if you need further help.

there is no code that is called <!- End DOTS -> in any html data. Sorry, we cannot find it as mentioned in your items description. We also can’t find the “dot1” etc. variables in the html data anyway…

Thanks for your help.

RocketWay

Please send us an email + your index file and we will help you further.

Hi there,

I would like to use this email template on our own custom mailer (i.e not Mailchimp or any other commercial email marketing companies). Will it be possible for me to create the email template I want, export the HTML /CSS and upload it in place of my old template?

RocketWay

Hi emerfan!

If your own custom mailer supports valid HTML it has to work without any problems.

cheers,
Steve

That’s great thanks!

RocketWay

You’re welcome ;)

Outlook doesn’t support background images, and you say you use them in your two column module – is the header also considered a background image as well? I’ve purchased other themes where the header is a background and doesn’t render in outlook and I have to work around that somehow.

RocketWay

Hi kimberlyrabow,

Thank you for your interest in Escape :) When you view this mail in Outlook it auto hides the background images in these two column boxes otherwise people see big solid squares. The header is a background image and in Outlook only a solid bg color will be visible instead of image (text, buttons etc will be visible though).

Cheers,
Sebastian

Is there anyway to work around this? Can I put a static image in the header? I have a much older client base, and still a high percentage that view in outlook unfortunately.

RocketWay

Hi Kimberly, Yes you drag a image box in the header section (the one with the 5 steps text beneath it). As this is a static image box it will be compatible with Outlook. If this doesnt work for you we have to find another solution.

AngieMD Purchased

Hi there I bought the template and I’m testing in hotmail.yahoo and outlook mail but the background image in the header is not displayed, a black box appears Please can you help me? Thank you

RocketWay

Hi AngieMD,

Thank you for purchasing Escape. Outlook doesn’t support background images. This is mentioned in our item description. In Yahoo mail bg images should work fine, are you able to send us some screenshots + your index file to: support[at] rocketway.net so we can assist you further?

Regards,
Sebastian

will this work on constant contact?

RocketWay

Hi larabee119,

Thank you for your interest.
Yes it’s compatible with Constant Contact.

Cheers,
RocketWay
