the links in question are to ’/page/2/’ and ‘page/3/’ etc. i attempted trying the wp-pagenavi plugin as you based it on this, but it triggers a fatal error and cannot be activated.

Hello, Allrems. Thanks for purchase. From version 1.5 Especial theme has a built-theme WP-PageNavi plugin for pagination. You do not need to install the WP-PageNavi plugin. If you are updating Especial theme to 1.5 or 1.6 version deactivate the WP-PageNavi plugin first. Also slider should work. Send me your WP access and I’ll see your slider.
Hi, thanks for the great design! Quick question about updating my theme.
I am currently running v1.1 and want to update to the latest version, v1.6. This may be a dumb question, but I want to make sure I don’t make a time consuming mistake. Should I download the new 1.6, deactivate/delete the v1.1 from WP, then upload 1.6, or is there a better way to update the theme and make sure there is minimal cleanup afterwards? Thanks!

Do not need to write here on forum if you know my email. I perfectly see your messages and deal with this problem. If you need to quickly resolve the issue, I advise you to hire someone. By the way live preview pagination works fine. Checked in other comps. Clean your browser cache.
Issue resolved – / postname / and default permalink settings, and a clean cache fixed it. FINALLY WE ’RE LIVE !!!! Thanks for the assistance

Hello, bemelmans. Thanks for purchase my theme. Especial theme uses timthumb plugin which generate thumbnails. Set permission 777 to /libraries/cache/ folder.

1. What would be the best way to update the theme? Am currently on an older version (first version and will update to v1.6). 2. The twitter feed does not seem to be working any more am getting an error. It works when first up but if the page is refreshed or you leave the page and come back the following is displayed.

1. Redownload theme archive from ThemeForest. 2. Disable WP-PageNavi plugin in WP Plugins section (!Important) 3. Unzip archive from ThemeForest. 4. Replace all theme files from archive (/especial/ folder) to /wp-content/themes/especial/ Or you can install as new theme. In archive you unziped you can find especial-theme.zip. Appearance -> Install Themes -> Upload and select especial-theme.zip 5. Import data to OptionTree from /import_data/ folder (XML and data)

Did you receive my email sent from this website? (was sent a couple of days ago). The problem being the update from v1 to v1.6 (and update of Options Tree). The updated version does not have the option to select categories for slider entries (sliders being featured images). Also featured images are no longer showing up in posts.
