Also, what are the dimensions of the picture on the home slider? Thanks!
The slider images are 900px × 350px. If you have additional questions, please post a thread on my support forum and I’ll be happy to help: http://themolitor.com/forums
I would but I can’t locate any of my Purchase Code on here! (I followed directions… they aren’t showing for me)
Maybe this will help: http://themolitor.com/images/purchase_code.png
fixed it thanks… trying to know how to get rid of the “contact” in the sidebar… I already submitted the question from previous page, it won’t let me ask another one.
thx – sorry for so many at once
Like this theme! But have a question before I will buy it. Is it possible to add news (blog) items and show it on the frontpage (above the calender for example)?
Currently the theme home page features a slider, tagline and calendar option only.
Is it RTL ready please?
This is a great theme and is exactly what I’m looking for.
I’ve got one question.
Right now, the home page calendar shows all the events with the option to segregate them via genre eg Theatre, Music etc.
Would it be possible to create custom calendars?
For example, if I want a calendar to show only musical events on a page solely for music events, would that be possible? Or, the calendar cannot be customized?
Kindly let me know soon. Thank you

You can customize the filters/categories for the calendar, but currently there is only one calendar available on the site.
This theme is really cool! But I have one question: How calender looks like when there is more then one event in same date??
You can see an example of this on the demo site. Check out Aug 20th, Dec 1st and Dec 25th.
Theme is amazing for my project. It is just missing a few things which I don’t know if they can be implemented or developed via custom work.
I was wondering, can you host multiple events per day on the site? How
would that look? So far, on the demo, it hosts one event per day.
Additionally, would integrating BBPRESS be possible?
Please let me know.
You can see an example of multiple events on the same day in the demo site. Check out Aug 20th, Dec 1st and Dec 25th in the calendar.
Implementing bbpress is possible, but would require a plugin and possibly some customizations to achieve as it isn’t currently implemented into the theme.
Hope that helps.
Would it be possible to hire you to integrate BBPRESS?
You can submit a customization request here: http://themolitor.com/custom and someone from the Werkpress team will get in contact regarding time and cost for bbpress integration.
Oh I just realized you are Chris. I already did that (last week) and got in touch with Lindsey. She gave me your email to get in touch with you. Sent you an email, yesterday.
That might be a coincidence. I’m Chris Molitor. There might be another Chris on the Werkpress team.
Hi, Is there any way to remove that spots on top of the page?
I created a FAQ thread for this on my support forums here: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/faq-remove-dot-pattern-at-top-of-page
I just purchased this theme.
This is the URL – www.nextbigscene.com
On the home page slide, there is a link with the post title. It is located on the left mid-section of that post.
Is there anyway I can bring it down to the lower left corner?
And, the text below the slide. I want to decrease the distance between the text & the slide. Where can I do that?
Like, I know how to make the distance change via inspect element, how do I make it permanently? I’m an absolute beginner when it comes to all this, so kindly assist me.
For support, please post a thread on my support forum and I’ll be happy to review your request: http://themolitor.com/forums
Can I translatet evrythin of the theme? Is it also possible by submition so send also pictures? You can make a few custumazion for me?
The theme is translation ready, but the actual process of translation requires either a manual translation or the use of a translation plugin.
Regarding submitting images via the form, that currently isn’t a feature, but I am researching it (it’s pretty tricky).
Regarding customizations, you can submit requests here: http://themolitor.com/custom
Question… The colors of my site are black and yellow. I like the hover effects on the calendar events and welcome message going from black to yellow and the hover on the menu. But my text links throughout the site (on event descriptions, etc) are also yellow and can’t be read. Is it possible to change the text links to a different color, and if so how? My options panel looks much different than in the walk through video.
Also, my welcome message and slider have disappeared and I can’t get either to show back up. What should I do?
Is there also a way to have a full width page that is two columns AND a full width page that is one column? I need use of both on the site.
For support, please post a thread on my support forums and I’ll be happy to review your request: http://themolitor.com/forums
Love your theme. Please tell me how I can use this theme for a multi-city application (categories are pretty standard like concert, seminars, gallery etc.. but the locations will be in different cities in different states. For example: Concert (in Los angeles, Houston, Seattle).
The viewers would be interested in looking at the big picture calendar from LOS ANGELES, or CONCERTS IN LOS ANGELES.
Is there a way to create categories (for locations) and pages/calendar showing just these listings?
2 – You also posted that the front end submission feature is available. How about payments by the advertisers?
I would like to buy this theme if there is a way to make it work. Thanks
1. You can use either tags or categories for a city features like that. Regarding the calendar, there’s only one main calendar option.
2. A payments feature would require a plugin or customization to achieve.
I was wondering if you got around to looking at front end poster and flyer submissions with events. Also I know I ask for it a lot in my comments but maybe you could work in some tastefully placed sponsor and advertising banner locations to help us keep our sites funded and off set basic costs.
Lol also I am hoping for the day you make a Real Estate Theme
I think your style and design knowledge would be greatly appreciated in a real estate theme. I would buy it in a heart beat!
I appreciate the nice remarks!
I’m currently in the middle of an update for another one of my themes, but I plan on visiting image uploading for all my themes that have front-end post submission.
Please be sure to post all your feature requests here: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/feature-requests-for-eventure—I actively review this thread each time I work on an update.
Hi, I havn’t bought eventure so I can’t view your forums… but (also posted on FB) any plans making the event handler and calendar design as a plugin? Eventure is quite remarkable and may therefore not fit everyone (of course) but your calendar display is unique to my knowledge at least.
I made a search and apparently the same question appeared 2 years ago I guess you haven’t changed your mind? I’m sure it would be setting THE internet standard for displaying events.
No plans at this time, but I appreciate the encouragement
This theme will be pretty useful for me if I can change or add some field in the submission form. Is it possible or not ?
Thank you for your answer,
The fields in the submission form pertain to specific custom fields on the post edit screen, which populate specific areas on the post page. As a result, adding/changing fields on the submission form requires a few additional edits to template files.
So it’s possible, but may require a customization request if you’re not comfortable/familiar with the type of edits you need to make. If that’s the case, you can submit customization requests here: http://themolitor.com/custom
Thank you for the quick answer.
This theme seems to provide exactly what I require however before I purchase it i have a couple of questions.
1) How does the theme handle reoccurring events (eg. first Fri of each month). Does each event have to be entered as an individual event?
2) Are the Ajax calendars colors’ and style able to be changed via the Simple Custom CSS plugin or by using a child theme?
TY in advance for any info you can give on these questions.
1. Each event is a single post that uses the WordPress publish date as the event date. Since WordPress only supports a single date option, recurring events require additional posts. Some users make use of the duplicate posts plugin to add this functionality: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/duplicate-post/
2. All colors are controlled via CSS. There’s a Custom CSS box on the theme customizer page that let’s you add CSS without having to edit the core style.css file.
Hope that helps!
Can I add different cities to the theme?
For example, Add Boston, new york, and a bunch of other cities. And add different categories of events for each city?
You can create as many event child categories as you like (i.e. cities, states, etc), but keep in mind they will all appear as filters on the calendar.
I have a question which I can’t solve myself by just looking at the demo… A user has the possibility to submit an event, state the price, date etc… OK.
But how are payments processed? Any integration with PayPal?
How can a user manage the attendees? Is there a list available only to the user and the admin of the site. Like a CSV or PDF which can be printed out with the list of ‘guests’ who have paid?
What I mean to do is make the event process more automatic.
- user uploads an event suggestion (prices, date etc.)
- admin approves it
- user and admin can see list of attendees, a payment page is available to attendees.
Please have a look at ‘camptix event ticketing’ plugin. Maybe it is possible to integrate it with your theme. Your theme has the right looks and possibility to submit an event, while the camptix plugin handles payment, PayPal and a list of attendees which the admin can see and download.
The only thing missing is the possibility to integrate the user which created the event with the corresponding data. Is it possible? I still haven’t bought the plugin which makes it impossible for me to see if it can be tweaked like that.
Here are some plugins you might find useful. I haven’t tested them, but they are free to try.
Guest list/RSVP Plugins
RSVP Plugin: Easy to use rsvp plugin originally created for weddings but could be used for other events.
RSVP ME: A Robust RSVP plugin.
Ticket Sales Plugins
StageShow: StageShow adds the facility for an online Box-Office for Small Theatres/Drama Groups, records sales, validates tickets and provides sales downloads.
CampTix Event Ticketing: Simple and Flexible ticketing brought to you by WordCamp.org
Great theme. Can I change the colours of the callendar? Also, can I hide the hour of the event (scheduled hour)? And how can o do all of this. 10x.
