Hi Christopher, Really like the look of this theme. I have a few questions about it:
1. Really easy. There’s a theme option for it.
2-3. I haven’t tested those plugins, but I’m not aware of any reason they shouldn’t work.
4. That’s a basic page using the “Submission Form” page template included with the theme. Submissions automatically create a post in “pending” status so that admins can review the event before it appears on the calendar. An email notice is sent to the admin each time a form is successfully submitted. Since it’s a basic page, you can use the WordPress password feature to protect the form from the general public. There’s also a ton of plugins out there for restricting access to the page in other ways.

Do you know if this theme can work with Event Espresso? I’m wondering if the custom post types in Event Espresso can be used as the events. I love your calendar feature and would like to integrate that as well.
I haven’t tested the plugin with the theme, so I can’t say for sure, but as long as you’re able to assign a post to the designated category for the calendar, it should work.
Is there any way to allow guests or other registered users to submit Events from the front end?

Also ever consider making a real estate / car sales theme? One where you can front end submit used cars for sale? No ones really done it yet the way I bet you could.

A single license only applies to a single site, so you would need a license for each site the theme is needed.
Regarding the black color, that can be adjusted via CSS. There’s a Custom CSS box on the Customize page where you can enter your own CSS edits to adjust anything you want.

Hi there, just to say that this looks like a great theme that I will likely purchase for a number of projects on the horizon. There are few out there combining effective functionality, usability, and simplicity across multiple events. Regarding several listings, you can link to category pages via drop down menus in the navigation.

I bought this theme several days ago and found it easy to set up. I had a problem with the front end submission form and submitted a question to the forum. Apparently the problem was unique to my installation. That did not stop Chris from going above and beyond with assistance. He eventually ended up rewriting some code for me to solve the problem. I have dealt with lots of support from different theme authors over the years and it would be nice if they all held themselves to such high standards. I would not hesitate to recommend this author.

Sorry, just a couple more pre-purchase questions: I’m guessing that there is no issue with Mailchimp or Eventbrite integration? Also, what happens on the home page calendar if there is more than one event on a particular calendar day?

Keep in mind, the Eventure calendar system uses post categories to populate the content. If a plugin uses custom post types, those will not display in the theme calendar.

Is it possible to create more events in the same day and collect theme under the calendar in the same day… actually, in your demo, I see that when there are more than 1 event in the same day, the calendar in the home page duplicates the day of the month….

With the way the calendar is designed and laid out, listing a single day with multiple events/posts wouldn’t have the same flow/design as it does with individual blocks.

Regardless of event date, each post is listed individually on the calendar. You can see an example of this on the demo site. Reference Aug 20 2015, Dec 1 2016, and Dec 25 2017.

I haven’t tested the woo commerce plugin, so I can’t verify, but plugins that don’t require custom theme templates should work just fine.

I can’t for the life of me get this set-up like the example. I followed the instructions on your youtube video, imported the demo_content.xml file and it doesn’t set up. It downloads all the media (images), but there aren’t any new pages besides the one “sample page”. And no pots besides “Hello world!” I’ve uninstalled everything and reinstalled and still no dice.
I was hoping to see how everything was set-up and then edit from there, because I can’t figure out at all how to make any of the pages in the demo. (contact, submit event, etc.. Not a single page)
