Where do we go to alter/configure the contact form on the contact page? The form doesn’t seem to be a block and it’s not listed under the webforms…
We are using default contact module of Drupal for contact page. You can reconfig it by go Structure => Contact form in Admin toolbar.
I have been trying to get support to fix issues with this theme for over 3 days and no one has responded in your support system. Can someone please respond??? I’m trying to launch this site but I am waiting on fixes to your theme.

I never write cranky support comments. But I’m quite frustrated with this theme. I’m not a noob to installing themes, I’ve done it on Wordpress numerous times. This is my first foray into Drupal, and I figured I would add a nice theme as I have had great experience in the past buying themes here at themeforest.com. This theme however is quite labor intensive to get installed, and configured. I’ve got it installed and stable finally, but it took me numerous tries. Their documentation is incomplete and I would guess it is more specific to those who want to install a demo of their site. If you just want to theme a site that already has drupal setup then you will have a struggle unless you are a drupal wiz, which I am not. (yet) The support forum they have asks you to create an account, which I did, but never received the email for login. I hit the send me a password reset a few times, never got anything. Reading through their support forums as well as the forum here is chock full of “send me your admin login info and we will fix it” responses. I’m not comfortable with that, I’m kind of a self help kinda girl, plus it helps me learn if I have to work through it myself. I’m basically at the point now where I’ve invested several days in this theme setup, do I abandon it and go back to something I know? Or do I continue on and try to get my $48 out of it…..As lovely as this theme is, and chock full of pre-made pages and such, if you aren’t going to do the full demo install you have a hard road ahead of you.
Did you check the spam box for register confirm email? Or could you please email with what email you have used to register account on our support system, so we can check and help to to active your account.

I transferred the theme to new server and the button shortcode is missing. As far as I can see, this is the only one. Any ideas why this happen?
Hi. When viewed with Chrome or Safari (both from MAC) the scrolling is really laggy (it is not fluid as it is with FF for example) Have you experienced it? Is there a solution? Thxs
Please go to theme settings page, click on Basic tab and set “Enable SmoothScroll” to “No”.
We have found the Evolve theme to be very well thought out and flexible.

1º Page Builder allows multi-language?
2º With Page Builder i can choose views, block, etc like contexts?

I bought your theme. Now i am with some problemas with your theme. It is impossible translate the blocks. Simply, this option don’t appear. Content types, Taxonomy and Menus is possible to translate.

Theme hook dexp_layerslider_block not found.
I’m currently configuring the site for a customer who purchased this theme. We can’t get the layer slider to work – the log reports the error above. Everything else works, except preview and when showing the layer slide in a block on the page.
Could you please create a ticket support the we will send you latest version of slider module.
Is this theme compatible to panels and/or the panopoly distribution? Thanks

Yes, the theme is fully supported right now. We have checked it with latest version of Drupal (7.41) and it’s working well, we have planed to update this theme on themeforest soon.

Hello – I have a similar issue with the mobile menu as another user has had.
“When on a mobile device, has drop downs for different tiers of the menu. This is pretty standard so a large menu easily fits on a phone. For some reason it does not do this on the drupal version. I don’t know if there is a configuration issue, it’s not available or any other options some one can offer. Right now it is kind of useless on a phone. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.”

Thanks for the update but am wondering if you could help with an interim solution.
As the menu on the client website on mobile is useless in the state that it is now. Could you provide the script to fix it or an updated file, if you are unable to release a whole new version upgrade. This is an urgent matter considering the site is unfunctional in mobile.
