Have you configured contact form 7 plugin correctly? Please check their FAQs and documentation because you’re simply installing some plugin which is not a part of this theme. Their help or support forums would be the best way to ask some questions I didn’t create my own contact form script because that one was good enough. I hope that they will be able to help you! If not you may consider downloading some other contact form plugin.

Themeforest version is always the newest one. Perhaps I just forgot to update that number from v1.0 to v1.1 in one of the files but you’ve got the newest files anyway.

There’s a jQuery script that launches bx_slider somewhere in template files. Please use editors like notepad++ to search all the files at one and find it. It should have width specified. Please look for things like “bxslider_container” or just “bxslider”. You’ll find short piece of code with width.

I recommend to use plugins to achieve different kind of effects. You will not have to edit files and plugins have many options in admin panel They also generate convenient shortcodes.

This is an addition to package that we planned to skip at first but eventually included. Let me know if you need my help with anything. I’ll try to reply in under 24h

Explicit can be purchased via Themeforest and installation process is then described in theme documentation.

I must warn you before purchase that this may be complicated and you will have to spend some time (a few hours) to get to know WordPress, understand themes and then install and configure Explicit to your liking. Also, if you haven’t used WordPress before you will be likely to have many questions.
