it depends on the length of the text in the header. The height on you website can be got by Chrome developer tools, for instance.

background image in the footer is the same as “Custom background image — Layer 1”. So, just upload an image there.

unfortunately there is only one countdown timer available for the whole website and there is no separation for pages.

yes, there is an option “Link to the page” for speaker when you insert the shortcode. Use it to link the speaker to some page.

I see changes in the file css/responsive.css, related to the classname .headline-right and margins. That’s why countdown not aligned well on mobile devices. I suppose you need to specify zero margin for mobile devices.
Hi, I cannot seem to get the Latest Tweets widget populated in the footer, whatever twitter username I enter into the admin area. It’s always blank and returns no tweets. Is this something to do with Twitter’s API?

if you theme version is not 1.0.5 – latest tweets widget won’t work. Yes, Twitter made some changes with API. Please, update the theme to the latest version and the widget will work fine.
