Hello,

I didn’t realize this theme wasn’t responsive before purchasing. In testing on iOS v. 5.1.1. on both iPad and iPhone, none of the child items in the navigation menu work and neither to the buttons. Is there an easy fix? I would really like to use this template but not having accessible menus on mobile devices is really a dealbreaker.

Hi,

I’m not planning on changing the current theme to responsive at the moment, maybe in the near feature, depends on sales. The theme works great in most popular mobiles, “Responsive” is not always the best option, as the content can get re-arranged, so if specific content order and layout are important then responsive would not be desirable. I’m reading mixed reviews on the usage for responsive layouts.

installed the demo xml data, and none of the homepage alternatives will load, blank pages.

I have checked the XML file and all info and all home pages are in this file. Sometimes the WordPress do not load correctly the data. Remove all content and try again. Or you can send an email from our Profile page on ThemeForest and I will send the info that I’m using in home pages as attachment.

I would agree with @jgunderson, it doesn’t need to be responsive, but the menus and buttons NEED to work in mobile/tablets.

Very nice and fresh theme. I installed it today and already have a few questions/wishes: - How can I translate the items like “click or type here to search” or “find us on map” etc.? Would be very handy. - How can I change the font size of the SubMenu? - It might be nice to implement those shortcodes right into the editor. - Also, I can’t see the Page Attributes in the Post editor (is it just me?) Hi,

To translate the theme you can use the pot file from the folder /extensio/languages/. There are also a readme text file with instructions. Also, you can edit all files and find there needed words and change them.

To change the submenu font size, add this css code into the file style.css and play with size:

#nav ul ul a {
    color: '.$header_submenu_font_color.' !important;
    font-size:20px;
}

Check the Page Attributes option if is checked in Screen Options – http://d.pr/i/JTZW
Also you can activate another theme and reactivate the Extensio theme. Sometimes this works on WordPress.

ok i have problem, i just created subdomain to test the theme before put it on my site, and was reading the manual for the theme, and I dunno why i can’t have the site running, i create the slider first then create the page and btw what’s the difference between frontpage and frontpage light?? i selected the frontpage and went to settings > Reading> and select the “page” then save it now when i put the url i just have blank site with nothing on… what am I doing wrong?

Hi.

Open the file functions.phpfrom main theme folder and change the line with code error_reporting(0); into error_reporting(E_ALL); and check which error will be displayed.

Please, firstly, read the documentation fully. Add pages, posts, portfolio and slides with featured images. Set one page as front page. Use the WordPress Menus feature to create the menu. Use 150+ options from our Extensio panel. We will create soon a few videos for you to be easier to udnerstand and to see the theme features.

Great looking theme. Am I able to have a half page slider on the top of the homepage. And rather than images, can I have a video embedded on the homepage either in the middle or on the top replacing the slider images? Thanks.

Thanks. I see the video options. I’m assuming that for both the video and image slider option, the image/video stretches across the page. There’s no way to put a video on half the portion and some text on the right, is there? Coz it probably won’t look nice with the video going the full way across. Having the option for some sidebar text next to the video or even image wold be good.

Hiya,

Bought theme but taking a long time to upload a logo and saving Admin panel options takes ages. It’s not my hosting platform either as I checked that.

Also, with all the great options available, why no no access to body and H tags? All of a sudden it takes ages to modify a site.

Any ideas?

When using [latestpost] shortcodes.

Read More and Comments show up but do not link to the post, I would consider this a bug.

I dont want to manually have to type in the url for both the post and comments.

You are right. It is my fault.

Open the file ’/extensio/functions/shortcodes.php’ and find these 2 lines in 3 different places

<li><a href="#">'.__('Read more','extensio').'</a></li>
<li><a href="#">'.$write_comments.'</a></li>

and change them with these 2 lines:

<li><a href="'.get_permalink().'">'.__('Read more','extensio').'</a></li>
