thanks for the great theme !!! I know, I’m not the first one to say that
I have one problem with the video. Want to add a video to the fullscreen slider.
I created a portfolio item / linked to the same category as my other portolio items (they work perfect). I am not sure if I have to use HOMEPAGE SLIDER or PORTFOLIO ITEMS Options?
I tried severall things but I don’t see the video only the title.
It would be nice to get some help. Thanxs.

for the video, use homepage slider item options. select either vimeo or youtube from selectbox, and enter your clip id. for example if your youtube video is : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTNVC0kjqf8 then enter YTNVC0kjqf8 as youtube clip id. thanksHello,

Amazing theme, I will buy it but before that, a few questions: 1 – Underneath the bottom of all page titles, there is ‘Fairytale’ and ‘whatever page we’re on’, like the page source. Is there a way to take this out? I’m very minimalist. 2 – In the same vein, is there a way to have the second level menu develop alone without the box, just text, more simple? 3 – Last thing, in the Lightbox Grid Gallery and the Wordpress Gallery, is there a way to not fill the images but fit them to the original ratio of the image?

Hi, thanks for nice comments about the theme. regarding your questions: 1- first it shows the page title on which you are then site title. if you want just page title, then a line should be removed from source php. it can be done manually only. 2 – with theme options you can change colors of the menu, but to develop second menu without colors, some css changes should be made. 3 – we are using prettyphoto plugin for lightbox, by default it resizes the images to fit into the viewport, if set to false, then it will not fit.

In theory if I wanted to change the menu to a different style from another one of my themes…where would I edit that?
hi, you should edit header.php and style.css to place your styles. to disable ajax, you should play with javascript also. thanks.

I have an issue though, with a plugin.
When I put the extra information like “time, admission, age resrticitons, etc” on my show description, it places each on a new line. I looked at the PHP and there is no tags there, but the output html has p tags around each item. I looked at another site with the same plugin and these info items don’t have p tags and have one per line. Compare it to my site
Why does my output put P tags around each gigpress-info-item ?

loading logo can be changed from Theme Options. black color can be changed via css.

You say that the template also works on iphone ipad and other mobile devices. But when i tried the live version on a iPhone, iPad, LG Smartphone and a samsung galaxy tab it didn’t work…?
How is this possible and is it possible to solve the problems?

what kind of problems you are facing in ios devices ? we have tested it on mobile devices. the only problem we faced was menu button was not clickable but we fixed it. another problem was when video starts to play, menu is not clickable, but it is because of youtube player, which blocks everything. from our buyers we did receive only this. thanks.

Hi, the browser closes when video is playing ? is menu available ? we did not have this type of problems when tested in ipad and iphone 4s.
I’m trying to activate this theme on my site (I purchased it through my company account not my private themeforest account) and when I try to preview it before activating it, it keeps telling me there is a fatal error on line 24 in the functions.php file. Any clue to why that keeps happening?

I love the look of this theme but I sadly can’t do anything with it.
I’m trying to activate this theme on my site and when I try to preview it or activating it on wordpress, it keeps telling me there is a fatal error on line 24 in the functions.php file. I’ve uploaded it through wordpress and also manually on my site to see if that was the problem. Any clue to why that keeps happening? I redownloaded the theme thinking maybe I did something wrong but still the same thing. I tried looking in the functions.php file to fix it and I’m not sure what the issue is.
I really need to get this site up asap and I’ve been fighting with this theme for the last week and a half.
I posted the same question on your support forum but haven’t heard anything back at all yet.
