Hi I would like to customize my site, When I click on “Customize” The dropdown box won’t open. There isn’t a drop down for the Fashion option Site Title & Tagline, Navigation, and Static Front Page won’t allow me to alter. Listen, I don’t want to be difficult, I see you are having customer service issues. I have spoken to John Ailya, who hasn’t answered my questions. I have tried to be polite and complimentary, but it really isn’t helping. This was the last response I received from John over 24 hours ago.

Our support staff works Monday to Friday 10 a.m to 8 p.m GMT +5 Usually we respond within 24 hours but it can take up to 48 hours. It depends on the number of tickets we receive. Also some tickets are forwarded to our development team for answers which increases the response time. If you refresh your ticket (by posting a new update), it will go to the end of queue, so please do not refresh tickets if you want a fast response.

You have total 6 tickets, 3 of them are closed and 3 are open. I recommend to not open multiple tickets, try to communicate in a single ticket, multiple tickets will increase response time.

Right now all your tickets are answered, as you mentioned earlier here you want to make some customization to header and footer of your site. We back all features advertised at themeforest.net and all options those come with the theme by default. However we do not provide support for making custom changes in your theme. You have to understand the limit between providing support for a product and developing new custom feature in a product.

I think you are mistaken, I did ask about the dummy content which was explained that would require customization. All my questions ARE related to the features included with this theme.

The remaining open tickets you are referring to is #236022 Which was answered.

The second #236834, which HAD NOT been resolved, there is still a glitch in the layer slider. John was more concerned more about me giving him a 5 star rating, then resolving the glitch with the Layer Slider

Finally : #238891 which has been answered but I will have to check to see if the information I have received is accurate.

I really didn’t understand what you meant by a single ticket. In the future, I would urge you to express what you mean by a single ticket. If someone would have said when you are satisfied check the close ticket, then I would have had a better understanding. You continue to discuss multiple tickets and I didn’t understand. I am very polite in my exchange and detailed in my expectations, a comment or phrase like if you are satisfied or if your issues have been resolved, please check ” close ticket” Thank you for the attention to the matter. I do have two tickets open because I have two issues I am looking to resolve.

Support was a joke. Boilerplate, Bulsh!t answers after I did half the trouble-shooting (3 hours of jQuery tracing, theme code searches, plugin nightmares). I let them into my server, they deleted 5 hours of painful setup, and I still see the same cascaded jQuery error on an out-of-box failure.

It’s a complex theme to configure at the best of times (and I setup wordpress sites all-day, everyday), but when you expect decent integration with recent versions of “required plugins” it becomes, well i’ll politely say “extremely underwhelming”. If the client hadn’t already approved this Mess and got excited about it, I would be hand-coding it from the ground-up – and it would almost be quicker. Value for money? If you earn 20ยข an hour it’s a timesaver – otherwise…..

Nice try; but high complexity, dismal support, outdated integration = FAIL.

My valued customer friends, please consider spending a bit more and go with Woothemes …. you’ll make it back in wasted hours in the first day.

When I use the Flex slider, even though the images I upload are high res and in excess of 1900px, when viewing the website, it seems to be using a 960px version and scalling it up making the images blurry. is there anyway around this where I can use the higher resolution version?

Since 3th of June i am putting a few bugs on the support website of this theme. But all after all its taking a lot of time. The support is really slow with fixing issue’s. And now on the 28th of july it’s still not fixed all..

I figured out that the menu wasn’t responsive, they have installed a new (other) plugin and now there are errors and they say its a problem of my wordpress installation, but the menu was never a issue before.

My customer is not happy with this at all.

I strongly recommand everyone to not buy this template.

Hi. I have a prepurchase question. What is the difficulty level on this theme, my daughter is going to help me with it but she is not knowledgeable in CSS, HTML, JS or PHP so her concern is editing the banner, changing the new collection box, sale tags etc. We have a wordpress website already but not built on the files the fashion responsive wordpress theme is. Seriously theme forest needs to take this theme down, This is freaking ridiculous iv spent well over 60 hour’s trying to make this theme function. Its impossible to create CSS overrides , text wraps incorrectly sliders disappear on IE.
