We are looking to update the theme but we are waiting for the new envato submission requirements to be finalized, the date was set to early November but looks like it’s going to be somewhere in march.
Is there an XML file to preset the website (like the demo, for example)? Hope my question is clear enough.

Would you have any idea why reservation emails are not going to our admin email address? All of a sudden we stopped getting booking emails although our customers are receiving confirmation email. Just thought we would check in case you have seen this problem before.

I cannot create Food Menu or Gallery: I go through instructions, create Food Menu category, then my Food Menu, add it to the food menu category, and add food menu category to the Primary navigation menu. Both the menu page and food category lead to Page not found. Same with adding a gallery. Permalinks for food menu category and for the menu page are different: http://ptitmenu.hostenko.com/menu_categories/menu/ for the category and http://ptitmenu.hostenko.com/menus/dessert/ for the menu page. So menu page as far as I understand in fact is not linked to the category though I do select it. Cannot view the page from the menu page after editing it. Am I completely off track?

Usually when the 404 error appears and you have permalinks enabled it shows a incompatible permalink setting to the setup of your content.
Try and add the following as a custom permalink:
/ category / postname /
The permalinks is a subsection of the settings main section in the Wordpress admin.
And it worked I saw similar post in the forum, however could not understand where the setting should be changed. Thank you for such a prompt answer – it is impressive the reaction time!
Does the theme support japanese language? eg; i need to make the complete site in japense

I would like to make a sale, but I think that the conversion will just make it difficult for you. It’s possible that it might work and it;s possible that it might not work. I just do not want you to be the one to be experimented on.
I would be making the entire site in Japanese only.. no conversion of English to Japanese would take place.. need to know Japanese characters would be supported by the theme

The characters are surely supported but not rtl.
could you please let me know if we say ‘not rtl’ how that would impact?

Is it possible to set more than one restaurant?
For examplo, to include more than one location, create more than one menu, and maybe a landing page for each restaurant with its own events?
My client has 6 stores on his restaurant chain.

The locations is possible for each restaurant, but not separate events and bookings.

Also, could i set the event as ‘brand events’ (common for all restaurants) and write the exact location on the description, right?

You can convert the guestlist into a custom list.
The events will be quite possible.

How to translate the booking, bookingadmin, etc. II think this is all hardcoded. Then i lose them with a update. My client is not that good with English so thats the problem.
Also some words are not translated, telephone in contact details and also in events the words for example: Third Thursday are not translated, were to translate these words?
Parts of the admin is not translatable as the words are froming part of the programming.

can you go in and update your theme to show ver 1.6 . when you download and install the theme they are still labeled at 1.5 until you look at the details of the theme only there is it that you see the 1.6. I believe its just the image of the theme that needs the 1.5 changed to 1.6. Im also having an issue with when i updated it on clients site the gallery had some issue but got that fixed and now i noticed that the directions has an issue and not showing up. Any suggestions? had to switch back to 1.5.

Hi. I have some problems with the Reservation form. 1- Guest are booking a table and they get the confirmation email one week later after they have been in the restaurant already. 2- Restaurant gets sometime twice reservation from the same person… Any help what can be wrong?

Looking to purchase this template, however I have a few questions:
1) Does it support South Africa’s currency? The Rand®? In other can i change the menu so that it display the R and not $?
2) The facebook fan page function. Does it set up the fan page when you install it or does one have to go manually put in the app id and all that stuff?
My client has a fanpage already, so that’s why I ask. Can one just put in the app id or whatever else you need?
