On my site http://domgermes.ru doesn’t work parallax effect. In options it is enable.
And i can’t send ticket from your ticket form. Progress stoped on page – open.php
Our support system work without any problem, you have some problem with your internet provider.
My internet provider work perfect. Problem was with that things that i used mail in zone – mail.ru , when i used gmail.com ticket was send
@mail.ru emails always work bad for registrations on forums, ticket systems, shops, etc.
I still haven’t heard back from you guys via your support system. My client really needs his website up and running. All we want to know how to change is disabling the top section as a slider and make it the same as before the latest theme update. We just want a top ‘home’ section with no sliding component. Can you please let me know how to do this. Thanks!
By accident I deleted the code from the contact form and I want to recover it. Could someone help me with the code from the contact form as seen in the demo? Thanks in advance
The theme could really do with responsive featured images. Is there an update coming anytime soon?
Hello, what do you mean? Theme work without any problem in responsive with any images.
The featured images in posts do not resize when viewed on smaller screens, they seem to crop from the right. See http://wp.dedalx.com/fencer/fencer-onepage/category/blog/news/
We will check this, thx for report. Submit ticket to get it fixed quickly on your site.
Ticket submitted. Thanks
Dedalx you are a star. Fixed my issue in minutes.
Can you please list what new changes are in version 2.1? You don’t have it listed on here.. Thanks
Hi, you can always can check it in redownloaded theme archive release history file, but just for you:
Added – WooCommerce 2.2.2 version support
Added – New Visual Page Builder plugin version 4.3.4
Added – New Revolution slider version 4.6
Fixed – Blog Posts images resize in responsive
Im having issues with this theme is not playing well with the updated New Visual Page Builder. Lots of alignment issues. i.e when using a 3 column row all row elements end up stacked on the left hand side.
I’ve reverted back to previous version of the plugin until this is fixed.
This is issue in current version of Visual Page Builder (its developers working on fix). Wait for new theme update.
Please tell me how to change size of logotype?
I can’t find right preference..
Check retina logo width option in theme admin panel
Hey guys. I am trying to get rid of the comment box that appears at the bottom of the about page (I have the about page setup as a separate page from the OnePage (home)). I have looked extensively, but cannot resolve this issue. Please help, thanks!
Hi, you need to open your page in wordpress admin panel and enable Discussion in screen options in top menu – http://take.ms/qN31K
Then you can turn off comments for this page at the bottom settings.
I figured it out accidentally by clicking on quick edit in the pages tab. There was a quick way to disable in the drop down. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly with another solution! I have one more question… Is there any way to make the homepage just the Revolution Slider and nothing else? I have it as a OnePage template with the slider and the contact form underneath. I got it that way from starting with the dummy import.
This is automatically reply, please do not answer here in item comments if you need help again – you question will not be answered, we offer support in ticket system only.
I just purchased the theme and want to install the required plugins (like the way stated in the manual). However when I want to install one or all plugins, I get the following error:
“Downloaden installatiepakket van /var/www/appmethod.nl/wp-content/themes/appmethod/inc/plugins/fencer-post-types.zip…
Download mislukt. De opgegeven URL is ongeldig.”
Which is in Dutch and means: Download failed. The URL is not valid.
I’m using the theme on a domain that only exists on our testserver. There are sufficient write rights (777). Am I doing something wrong? Or is something the matter?
Ah I just found the problem. I setup a child theme, apparently it wants to install the plugins from the child theme instead of the main theme.
Copy inc/plugins/ directory to your childtheme with all ZIP files inside.
Has anyone else having an issue with the content on the page, I mean on the demo theme site -> “Present your company achievements with numbers” all the numbers section are coming up horizontally, but when i installed the theme and imported the data – everything is coming up Vertically, in 1 column.
This is happening for all the sections on OnePage.
I compared the src file, and saw the css classes being used were different.. Not sure why?
Any advice how to fix this?
Check this – http://magniumthemes.com/faq/visual-composer-does-not-show-grid-layout-correctly-on-onepage-theme-columns-does-not-work/
Thank you! You’re the best!
The Visual Composer has a reminder that says “Hola! Please activate your copy of Visual Composer to receive automatic updates.”
Does the license key with Fencer provide that? Or if not, is there a way to stop that nag?

I see that you have updated the theme on themeforest yesterday, but your changelog still shows 2.1.3 (22.04.2015). Is that the latest version, or have you updated the theme yesterday? If so, could you please update the chagelog so that I can update only the modified files?
Thanks for including the release-history file in the documentation!
Thanks, let me know if you will have other questions.
I just downloaded the fencer theme can someone direct my as to how i implement the demo data, i only have a blank theme at the moment
Hello, please read theme documentation provided with theme.
I bought the template a year ago and I was very happy. Unfortunately, I can’t solve this problem: it is so so so slow to load. I contacted the server but they told I have to solve it with the author’s theme.
Could you please help me? I already asked you months ago, but it seems I can’t solve and it is a big problem as pages are too slow to load.
Could you please provide the steps to follow?
Moreover, I’ve seen you released a new version? How can I updated my version?

Thanks a lot.
Hello, slow loading problems related to your hosting problems and low performance. The brest solution is change your hosting for something better, check Bluehost: http://magniumthemes.com/hosting/Also you can install cache plugins for WP (W3 Total Cache, etc) to reduce overload on your bad server.
Thanks for your reply. I had another blog with my server and I didn’t have the speed problem. When I changed the template with my new website, it started running slower and slower. It takes ages.
Different themes and plugins provided with themes require different server resources and configuration for correct work. If very simple theme work fast even on bad hosting this does not mean that premium complex theme with plugins will work fast on the same bad hosting. Also you have different content on your websites. Visual Page builder is very complex plugin and require good server for run.
I only have ONE pre-sale question (feel free to simply respond with a yes/no)
Is it possible to change the menu’s background to white (as the demo’s is black)
If yes, consider this theme bought
Yes and even make it semitransparent. You can adjust all menu colors (bg, links, menus, etc) in theme admin panel.
