Festive - NewsLetter Template

Hi, is the gray Christmas ornaments in the background of a table or the body tag? I only ask because I use Campaigner and they don’t allow to body tag when I import the code, therefore background images doesn’t work for my Outlook viewers. Is this template set up for users that can’t see background images?

The gray Christmas ornaments in the background is the background of a table. User can see the background image.

It is designed using campaign monitor’s css support guide. It supports all popular email clients.
