Hey awesome theme! I was wondering if it would be possible to add the option to use .flv video backgrounds as well?
Also are the video backgrounds for the home page only or can you put them on any post or page? Is it possible to have video after video play in a playlist on a page or post?

The video background page allows only a single YouTube hosted video. I recommend you to upload you .flv video to your YouTube account.
I didn’t include the video background in the other pages for two reasons: readability (video backgrounds are not confortable while you read) and CPU consuming (it can be too much heavy if you use the video background with a full page).
It’s better this way. Trust me.

In your blog posts and portfolio, you can use both self-hosted and embedded videos.
Altough, in the home page with video background, you can use only YouTube hosted videos. If you need a video background, I recommend you to upload your video to your YouTube account.

I bought this, downloaded it, then uncompressed. I tried uploading fiatlux.zip with WordPress, but WP will not install it. I even tried unpacking it on my Mac, then compressing it, then uploading that. WP still complains it is not a valid file. help???
The uploaded file could not be moved to /hsphere/local/home/dirtgirl/silverspringsphotography.com/SilverPhoto1/wp-content/uploads/2011/08.

It depends of the plugin of your choice. This theme has a prefix for all JavaScript/PHP functions and CSS classes to prevent a conflict with other plugins. So, I believe yes, it will be easy.
