I have been using this template for 6 months without any problems however, today we are encountered a major problem with our site which I have tracked down to the template. Perhaps its needs upgraded?

Joel, thanks for your help. Just for information, why did I have to update to the latest version of RokSprocket? Is there something I could have done to prevent the site going down e.g. regular updates of RokSprocket?
You’re welcome. There was a known bug on how php parses xml so from time to time extensions developer have to find a fixes for that. My best suggestion is be checking the extensions manager > update tab which notifies you of any extension that requires an update.
I’m having an issue with the Main Menu on the Forum page. It is displaying vertically for some reason, but only on that page.

How is the Kunera Forums Styling used in this theme? Something needed to be downloaded? Kurnera V 3 looks messed up for me.
I’m yet to update the kunena template to v.3. hopefully that will be done this week. The reason why it’s messed up is cause you are using Kunena template 2.0 on kunena 3.0.

Having bought your template fidélity joomla I have just made the installation of this one I wish to set up the fidélity forum 3.0 ready(in position) however it gives me the fonatine which is not completely the same. You have the possibility of indicating to me where I may find the template kunena fidélity in 3.0
Purchased your template today and I get the following error message when trying to enter the site:

I’ve seen related topics which say I should uninstall the current version of Roksprocket and install newer versions, but I’ve installed your quickstart and not sure how to do it especially that I cannot enter the site administration.
Did you use the quickstart package to install or are you using a Joomla 1.7 installation? when I check the package that was updated yesterday there is no file like home/alaris/www/alaris/libraries/rokcommon/RokCommon/PlatformInfo/Joomla17.php

This template is not what I expected. I purchased it and expected to get instructions on how to install it. The instructions did not relate to what I downloaded and when I tried to get support from the arrow themes, I could not gain access to the support forum.
The instructions on how to install is covered in the documentation included in the package.

The Fidelity och Lighthouse are really great! Recently i got a mail from You about an update. I downloaded the files, installed the update in my Joomla 3 environment – no problems so far. But the site looked quite different! Is it possible upgrade the site without doing all the toggling, coding over again?
You mean your site looks different from my demo? Well, the demo home-page may look different from your site (unless you use the quickstart); You don’t need to do any coding; just add classes in your modules to make them colorful e.g. mod-light, mod-dark and mod-color.
