Hi Dany,
Im having issues uploading the theme onto wordpress. It is my first time doing it and it doesnt seem to make any sense.
I have ftp the file to get an error message The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template
To this i have looked up the forums, where the screencast is missing and the way its explained doesnt make sense to me.
In your instructions I have copied the text from layout.txt but when I open the option-three i have no idea how to paste the text in,
almost at the point of giving up as it seems extremely complicated, please tell me I’m doing something very silly and its staring me in the face how to fix it.

It seem like you are having trouble with Worpress, not the theme.
Does it say stylesheet is missing? Here’s an article that can help you with that, a lot of new WordPress user are experiencing the same problem.

Wich folder have you uploaded on your FTP and where have you uploaded it?
I will just ask one thing, I would really appreciate if you would stop talking like the theme is complicated, when you clearly have no experience with WordPress whatsoever.
Hello the theme have address spelled wrong…its spelled “adress” i’m trying to change it in option tree but it will not save. Need help with this asap being that the site is launch and i dont want to look like a fool.

Hello,
How do I view classes according to category, with the default layout? I tried using a menu item link to the Class category, but I get a layout similar to the blog’s. I basically need one page with Category A and another page with Category B, but shown in the default Classes style.

Hi Dany,
I am having issues with the theme. I successfully implemented a few weeks ago and was able to bring in the dummy content and it looked great. When I visited the site today the sliders were not displaying the images and seemed to be broken. I couldn’t figure out why so I deleted the theme and wordpress. I then and re-installed Wordpress and the theme. Now whenever I try to import the dummy.xml it fails for each item. I tried it on another completely new domain and the same thing happened. Can you please help? Thank you so much

I downloaded FIT and so far love it, I just can’t figure out how to activate the slider. I have setup slides and set it to “On” but no go. (Using the Wordpress version)
Do I need to include a shortcode for it? I can’t find any shortcodes for it or options in your documentation.

Hi Dany, great theme! Two questions: would it be easy to add some good looking interactive icons on top of the page to link to facebook, twitter etc (like a lot of other themes here have where on mouse over the icon turns blue etc)? Also add latest tweets and posts to the bottom of the page?

I went and bought the wordpress theme like you said as I bought the HTML one before. How ever I have installed it, then installed the dummy. How ever it doesnt look right. My website is www.ptelite.co.uk/personal-trainers . As you can see it looks nothing like your demo but I am not a web designer so I do not know what has gone wrong. I have to tell you that I don’t like the tone of your message and if you want me to help you, it will have to be on the forum so everybody who bought the theme can see the answer and refer to it if they have problem so I don’t have to repeat myself for nothing.
You seem to have really low knowledge about Wordpress and website in general (since you bought an HTML theme and tried to install it in a Wordpress environment) and it will be my pleasure to help you but stop making it sound like the product doesn’t work when you clearly have no idea of HOW it should work. So be patient and I will help you out tomorrow, on the forum.

And if you would have purchase the right product in the first place .. And enter the right purchase code on the forum .. You wouldn’t have to go from page to page .. You are 0/2 so far so there’s a lot of chance that you are not doing the right thing to set the theme at all. Te answer to your questions are probably all in the documentation (which I don’t think you’ve read) or on the forum.

Have an issue with the footer, as i do not get operation hours, more info and address as it supposed to in the template. Checked the theme option but don’t realize how to add something.
Also, will the theme be automatically updated with your tweaks and changes or do i have to follow some procedure to be updated?

Alright. And about colours, it says unlimited colours, does that mean I can change the red highlights across the entire site to any web colour I’d like?

Also, how does having more main nav bar items work in the layout? Will it resize the nav bar or will it push new items to a second line?
Yes you can change any color you want with a simple click.
For the menu, if you have to many item yes it will break but you can adjust the typo accordingly (and spacing between items)

Why did you not say that this will be supported in the Themeforest Forum when you knew you would NOT offer this. You got a direct question and said:

“Hey, no I am sorry I do not plan to update it real soon.”
That’s not a good support.
Could you please consider to make this theme work with categories in custom posts.

First of all, I do not read the questions here, I just copy paste the “Go on the forum” text automatically. I know I will have to read it on the forum anyway so I don’t read it twice.
I really don’t appreciate that you come here to complain, you could have drop an email or just leave it on the forum.
I have a really good relationship with my clients and if more than one user request a change on the theme, I will certainly do it. The answer to the person who requested the change wasn’t that I “WON’T” help .. it was “Hey, no I am sorry I do not plan to update it real soon.”
It’s different.
Now that you request it, I might make it faster but your attitude doesn’t make me want to do it at all.
Do not pretend I knew you would be screwed by going on the forum and see that this is not supported, like I said, I did not read your question in the first place.
I receive a lot of request from user for support and the forum help me manage this and give a better services for everyone so please understand that I don’t read everything here, instead I redirect and I help as much as I can on the forum.
And btw, when did you ask for this feature exactly? I can’t found your message anywhere.

I understand your point of view, but I just bought the theme with the understanding that this (for me) critical issue was solved in the forum. I hope you understand my point of view and we can leave it with this.
I just work my way around this feature and hope that I can add this in the future updates.
It is a really great theme and I will continue to work with it and so will some of my customers.
