Boxstar, Have you brought this up in the support forum? I just purchased the theme and am having the same issue. I couldn’t find anyone with this problem there. I guess I’ll star there and keep my fingers crossed.

Honestly I cant find my item purchase code anymore. I scanned the forums yesterday with no avail. How is it the author just dropped out?

Boxstar, I kinda got it figured out. See the forum. Also I think you need to re-download this theme. All of the documentation is correct now along with with the shop instructions.

the div with the menu above the inner box div on the product page was jacked up, if i dont use the menu it works. However, the option for the featured image (absolutely necessary to the shop page) has still doesnt not respond, the featured image never sticks after you select and save/update. What gives. I’m in themeforest hell right now.

Boxstar, Which version of WooCommerce are you using? It looks like they released 1.5.4 on the 17th. Maybe this is causing the problems, though nobody else in the support forum seems to be having any issues.

Boxstar, I would suggest posting your problem there. One thing you can check is the php memory limit in you php.ini file. It might need to be increased.

I love this theme! Works great, I was just wondering do you know of any good styled music players that would look good in the widget area on this theme? Is there any shortcodes for this I have missed?

My client just wants a music player that automatically plays when their site opens.

I’m talking to two people who currently share the issue with woocommerce. Forums online are trying to pin it to the theme author. Do you think I should restore the previous version of woocommerce? I’ve tried with no avail. Just by removing the deactivating/plugin, and uploading the original that came with the theme download. Going to try another fresh install and may just scrap it.

Hello, I just can’t figure out whether it is possible to have a Like and a Tweet button for blog posts or not… is it a built in featured or I need to install a plugin to have those buttons in the posts? If I need a plugin, would you recommend one? Thanks in advance

I am close to purchasing this theme for my very first website, but would like to know if anyone or if the author has updates re: music player for background music when the site opens? Would appreciate if someone could let me know, thank you!

I started working in theme yesterday with no problems, however today I tried to “import dummy copy” to see how things were done on the example site and now when i try to go to my site, I get this error message:

“Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Apache Server at junkpowder.com Port 80”

As I played around, I notice when I deactivate WooCommerce, the problem goes away. And when I activate again, I get the error again

Please let me know how to fix this because I need the WooCommerce to work to sell items. This very urgent. Thanks -JM

jaunmims, I believe you have to import dummy data before starting making changes to the theme… due to the fact it will create pages, posts and stuff. I suggest you save a backup copy of your site and install the theme again.

I say that because I imported dummy data after making a couple of changes and things looked a bit weird in the site, then I reinstalled the theme and everything went out great.
