sorry for the double post, but i can’t edit it.

how can i disable the sidebar resize future? i can’t find anywhere in the documentation. thanks

Hi,

add the class “no-resize” to the ”#left” element. That should do the trick.

HI, Does the analytics work out of the box – or does it need integration? Many Thanks

The analytics need of course your custom data. Needs some integration to work successfully.

I love the theme and have purchased it.

I have a problem while opening the html files in Adobe Dreamweaver IDE. As soon as the files open dreamweaver freezes and then crashed. It seems that the CSS files have something to do with it. Please advice me what could be the reason behind the crash problem.

Answered to you email already :)

Hi, new to this site… just wondering if there’s any capability to export charts into Office 2010? Might purchase anyway because of the great design but would be an added bonus.

Hi, I don’t think that it is possible but I will try to find something for it. That would be awesome, indeed. (But I don’t think it is even possible).

Hello! I’m using Flat for the Advanced Filtering Dynamic Table. I would like to remove the appearance and functionality of the top left entries per page, top right search, and the bottom right pagination. Can you assist me in making those adjustments?

Hi, you have to adjust eakroko.js (around line 388): Change this:
'sDom': "lfrtip"
To:
'sDom': "rti"

l (length), p (pagination) and f (filter) got removed here. Pretty clear I think :).

Hi there,

This is a great theme. I purchased it a few weeks back. I’m currently designing the UI on my local machine, and after I downloaded the recent update, the table’s responsive resize is no longer working… This is also the case for the live demo on theme forrest. I am using Chrome on OS X…

Basically, when the width of the window is reduced, the table goes off screen… And in some cases, when window size is large, the tables no longer span the full width of the box…

Please let me know if you require further information?

Thanks, and great work!

Hi, indeed there was a bug. I fixed it. Please grab the new eakroko.js and application.js here:

www.eakroko.de/flat/js/application.js http://www.eakroko.de/flat/js/eakroko.js

With those files the tables should be displayed correctly (also after resizing the window etc).

Perfect! Thanks :-)

Hi! The drag & drop widgets are great, BUT if I want to add a title icon plus actions for refresh, remove and slide up, they all work with the exception of remove.

When I click on the X to remove a widget, I say Yes, remove and that entire span disappears rather than just that widget div. Can you tell me how to fix this so that only that one widget disappears and not the entire span?

Thank you!

Hi, indeed that is not intended. Here is a fix: Replace this: ( in applcation.js around line 470 )
 bootbox.confirm("Do you really want to remove the widget <strong>" + $el.parents(".box-title").find("h3").text() + "</strong>?", "Cancel", "Yes, remove", function (r) {
 if (r){
 $el.parents('[class*=span]').remove();
 if(previousElement.length > 0){
 previousElement.removeClass("span"+prevSpanWidth).addClass("span"+(prevSpanWidth+spanWidth));
 }
 }
 });
With this:
bootbox.confirm("Do you really want to remove the widget <strong>" + $el.parents(".box-title").find("h3").text() + "</strong>?", "Cancel", "Yes, remove", function (r) {
    if (r){
        if($(".container-fluid").hasClass("sortable-box")){
            $el.parents(".box").remove();
        } else{
            $el.parents('[class*=span]').remove();
            if(previousElement.length > 0){
                previousElement.removeClass("span"+prevSpanWidth).addClass("span"+(prevSpanWidth+spanWidth));
            }
        }
    }
});

poor response :(

how to add dynamic autocomplete with ajax

You will have to create custom javascript for it. I refer to the bootstrap documentation:

http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/javascript.html#typeahead

The typeahread has a ‘source’ option which you need to use.

Is there a way that we can set a flag or cookie to remember if the left menu is visible or not and update the UI based on that info? Users would like to click on the icon to hide the left menu and when navigating from page to page they would like the let nav hidden until they click the icon to re-show the left nav.

I buy and install. How to enable plugin demonstration ? regards

I already answered your email.

Ignore my last post – I figured out a way to use jquery cookies and the HideNav() function within application.js to accomplish what I needed

Great to hear that

Why are there two different scrolling plugin ?

One for the fixed navigation and one for content. Each one has it’s strengths and therefore 2 different scrolling plugins

Hi, How to use glahicons pro icons.? I try to use as <i class="icon-bug" /> but nothing seems to work. Also my previous post on IE10 shopping cart issue is not answered. Please help.

Hi,

I wasn’t home for 2 weeks therefore I couldn’t answer any previous issues. I will try to answer them asap. For glyphicons use:

glyphicon-bug

Regards

Thanks i found out the IE10 issue, It was because of not properly structured html elements like repeating twice etc. not ending properly etc.

All right :). Nice to hear

Is there a trick to getting the Sidebar Widget Calendar to display as it does in the example? I’m getting a wider calendar with the same background as the sidebar – as if the style is not getting picked up for it.. I’m including the full style sheet, so not sure what’s going wrong.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.. and great template!!

Please take a look at http://ticc.net/agi2/ and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I have the following added to the body tag – not sure if that is causing an issue: data-layout-sidebar=”fixed” data-layout-topbar=”fixed”

Thanks very much for your help!

Hi – Just wondering if you perhaps had any updated on this.. thanks.

Sorry for the late answer – I have been real busy lately.

If you still need help please contact me via email!

Is there a way to get the datatables scale to the page width?

For example if I toggle off sidebar navigation the datatable gets 200px of whitespace?

http://www.eakroko.de/flat/tables-dynamic.html

Hi,

that is a confirmed bug which is fixed in the next version. To get instant fix:

In application.js change:
if($('.dataTable').length > 0){
    var table = $.fn.dataTable.fnTables(true);
    if ( table.length > 0 ) {
        $(table).each(function(){
            if($(this).hasClass("dataTable-scroller")){
                $(this).dataTable().fnDraw();
            }
        });
        $(table).dataTable().fnAdjustColumnSizing();
    }
}
To:
if($('.dataTable').length > 0){
    var table = $.fn.dataTable.fnTables(true);
    if ( table.length > 0 ) {
        $(table).each(function(){
            if($(this).hasClass("dataTable-scroller")){
                $(this).dataTable().fnDraw();
            }
            $(this).css("width", '100%');
        });
        $(table).dataTable().fnAdjustColumnSizing();
    }
}

hi

is there a way to make the footer fixed as the navigation?

thanks a lot

There is currently no implemented feature for it. Maybe I will integrate it in an upcoming version! Stay tuned :).

Regards

But could you give me a simple function or something like this that do this.

Thanks a lot

Try this:
#footer{ position:fixed !important; bottom:0; }

Regards

will it support IE8 in the future?

I won’t provide support for IE8 for this theme, sorry!
