I think that, considering all the bugs that have occurred with this theme, conflict with other plugins, and build-up of multiple functions/features in the last few updates, I think there needs to be a change in getting feedback and testing the theme, along with possibly halting new ideas until current issues are resolved.

1) Be nice to set up a beta/small testing group of your users. Invite maybe a group of 5-6 of us, and have us test beta fixes to bugs, install different plugins to check results, and check for any inconsistencies with the theme as a whole.

2) Add specific fixed issues to the FAQ immediately receiving a solution. I see some issues have been answered in the support group and on comments page, but it will be a lot easier to have an expanded FAQ.

3) “Module” each feature of the theme, and give options to turn on/off modules in future updates. This way, if there is an issue with the Google Maps, it would be good to at least be able to shut off until there is an update fix. Having this feature for specific pages/categories would be great too.

4) I’d say lower the cost of the theme, and instead of adding features inside the theme, go with the plugin route. I’d rather pay $35 for the base theme and add on needed features as plugins and would be willing to pay money for them ala Woo and Classipress. The latter took a good amount of time before integrating features, but always had plugins and hacking documentation which allowed some people to evolve their theme. When those features became norm (ie: Advanced Custom Field Search Plugin) they were then integrated as default.

I just feel there needs to be more cohesiveness on the feedback, and considering it’s been 5+ months since release, at this juncture it makes more sense to group up some people to test preemptively and provide results as well as expanding the FAQ to mitigate duplicate postings. But if you have a timetable for the next release to fix some of these issues that would help a lot on my end. Thanks!

Can you direct me on how to crop uploaded images differently? I am thinking of the images displayed in the slider on a new ad.

As it is now, these images are sometimes impossible to see, as they are zoomed in way too much. This makes it impossible to showcase pictures of any product :-(

Good night. I am editing an ad in the frontend, when I type in the description put formatting, bold, italics, etc.. Only when saved, it keeps the formatting of the text that did and everything back to normal.

I have two problems : 1/ The geo-localization does not work, on the site of demonstration either. The browser asks well for the authorization but googlemap of refocus not on the zone where we are 2/ I configured paypal and bought one ” price plan ”, but the amount is not credited on the paypal account and the status in “My Featured Ad Plans” stays in ” pending ” I see not where in the “backoffice” to change the status. And at the user level, impossible to activate ” ad type”. I have the message: Featured Currently you have no active plan.
