Hi, I don’t get the password for my support account to create a ticket. What should I do?

I can’t get the image gallery in the portfolio item (compact form) to work. And I also wanted to ask how to put a link in responsive slider to a post or external page.

You have some serious issues with this them from backend plugin integration. Also, after the wordpress update your theme completely broke on me. Download the latest version of your theme because it said the visual composer plugin bug was fixed and when I went to install it both manually and through the dashboard it wouldn’t install and ruined my child theme. So now I have no website, an unsatisfied client and a whole new work load that is nonsense. Just keeping it real, I wouldn’t recommend this theme to anyone simply because of the above issues.

Same as many others. It says I have already registered my account for support but I never received an email and I have now multiple requests with no response. This theme is buggy and hard to install and the documentation is poor.

Bought both themes from this author. Tried to create an account on the support page but I didn’t recieve any e-mail with login credentials back. On both themes comment pages there has been no response in the past month… Really poor support. What a waste of $100. It’s a ripoff. I would not recommend buying any theme from this author.

Hey There, If I update the Visual Composer will this override any of the extra bits you have added? Or is that stored in the Theme Folder?

Could you answer my previous posts? More on my homepage in the portofolio “exemple de projets réalisés” section, there are only 4 thumbnails are displayed as I have configured 8. Could you tell me why?
