Very nice. Would be even nicer if it were a WordPress theme…
Thanks! Wordpress version is already in progress!
It would be great (better?) if the menu bars followed the user as they scrolled down the page, rather than having to scroll back to the top to change to a different page. is that something that can easily be done ?
This is a simple change to implement: In the style.css file simply change the .menu and .menu-desc classes from position: absolute; to position: fixed; They are currently located on line 475 and line 510.
Also, if you scroll right to the bottom of the page (chrome desktop), just before the background picture changes, the scrollbar seems to shift up the page by about 150 pixels. Can this be fixed ?
This has been fixed in v.1.5 which will be available after ThemeForest approves
Bug : If your default browser size (chrome desktop) is too small for the sliding menu and you browse the site it looks fine, until you then make your browser wider. The sliding menu appears, however, all of the ‘pop outs’ that go across the screen are at the height of the top menu item. You have to press CTL F5 to fix.
This has also been fixed in the latest version. I will post a followup message here as soon as ThemeForest approves it and it can be downloaded! Thanks for pointing these things out.
The latest version 1.5 has just been approved by ThemeForest so you download for the above fixes.
Outstanding. Really stands out. Bookmarked and will seek a client for it
This template rocks!
My french accents in the menu are showing like different font than the rest of the character layout, like in the menu, the flying menu, small and caps, is there something you can do to help me with that? Thanks!
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your website info and/or screenshot(s) and we’d be happy to have a look at it for you!
We have emailed you the font files to fix this, and they have also been added to the latest version. The @font-face package originally included in the template was English-only, however we have updated it to include the additional language characters including French. Please let us know if you have any further issues!
That’s great. That worked like a charm. Thanks a lot!
Amazing! Certainly bookmarked and we are waiting for Wordpress version!
- It will be possible to add portofolio in section ‘Key Selling Points’?
- Will be slider the same?
Thanks! Keep rock!
Thanks for the feedback!
Regarding your questions: 1.) Yes you can easily place portfolio items under Key Selling Points. 2.) The slider will be the same in the Wordpress version (Blueberry)
many thanks for the new update.
Ive spotted another anomally…using chrome desktop browser, if you slowly make the browser window smaller in height, you see the menu text get smaller (nice!). Now, if you double click the titlebar (or click the Maximise button) then the menu font size stays tiny….whereas if you actually drag the window size to be taller again, the font size recovers.
Also, thank you for the hint about changing the menu position to fixed rather than absolute. Is there any way to keep the position of the menu in the middle of the browser (vertically). Eg, so that if i resize the height of my browser, then the menu is positioned vertically in the middle ?
Keep up the good work and thanks for the responses so far !
I just tried it in Chrome and it doesn’t behave that way for me, what version of Chrome are you using? Mac or Windows? Actually maybe you could open a support ticket on our dedicated support site at http://support.themesuite.com/
Thanks for the feedback!
Looks amazing, and very well organized, too. Quick question, is there a way to play vimeo videos in the portfolio section. I purchased this and started customizing it and then realized, whoops, I may not be able to link to my vimeo page.
Hi Jesse, thanks we appreciate your feedback We will include Vimeo and YouTube videos in the the next update to the Portfolio. It shouldn’t be long as the next update is already in progress, however if you need to set it up in the meantime, video support is already integrated into prettyPhoto (the portfolio lightbox) so it’s only a matter of editing a couple of lines of code: http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/projects/prettyphoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/ – You can also use it for Flash content, QuickTime movies, iFrame external sites, inline and AJAX content.
Hi, some suggestions for future versions…
- What about a testimonal/feedback ‘widget’, similar to the twitter one you have, but which cycles/scrolls through received customer feedback.
- What about a calendar type ‘widget’ which shows a calendar style date image and allows some text describing the event
- With each release, is there details on what has changed ? If i customise the template, including script changes, but then want to upgrade to the latest version by you, then it would be useful to know which files have changed etc.
- Pricing tables styling
Thanks for the feedback Roy, we have made note of these things for future releases!
We are working on a Changelog page that will be on our Support site that will document indepth all changes between releases, and what code/files have been modified! Hopefully it should be finished shortly. If you need it in the meantime just post a ticket on the Support page and one of us will send you a text version.
OMG this is FANTASTIC !!!!! I cannot wait for the Wordpress version. any ideas how long?
About blooming time there was a theme that is different and that stands out!!!
love it love it love it – all I need now is to know how long I have to wait
Thanks!! We are hoping to have the Wordpress theme finished and released in the next couple of weeks if all goes well! We have it functioning now in Wordpress, we are just working on the Options panel and additional theme functionality, then we have to make the documentation for it (which if you have seen the documentation for the HTML version, it goes quite in-depth).
Cool! I cannot wait!!!
This is an amazing theme and the documentation is top-notch. A job more than well done, folks! Quick question, though, isn’t it supposed to render good in Firefox? It shows great in Chrome and Safari (WebKit) but not in Firefox. I don’t even bother with IE (lol).
Thanks for the kind words! It does indeed render beautifully in Firefox, if it’s not for you please open a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help you get to the bottom of it in a hurry!
Hi visualsherpa, thanks for your comments! The template structure and framework was built off of the main Blog PSD file and the Blog Post PSD file. Creating the other pages wasn’t necessary for us to build the template, however if it’s something that you seem to think would be helpful it wouldn’t take overly long to create the remaining sub pages. Any PSD files that we used and where necessary in the creation of the template are included.
Thanks for template and very good documentation this will be fun to customize
When will the wordpress version be available?
Hopefully within 2 weeks!
For anyone following for updates on the Changelogs, they are posted in the Knowledgebase section of our Support site.
Works great in all browsers except IE…naturally….pages barely load…what can i do to fix?

Thanks for you purchase! You are still using Version 1.7, download version 1.7.1 (current release on ThemeForest) and replace the /js/menus/flight.menu.js with the current version and that will fix your problem.
Alternatively you can manually make the changes yourself by following the upgrade guide in the Version 1.7.1 Changelog
If you run into any further issues please feel free to open a Ticket on our Support site and we’ll be happy to help!
I just did that..replacing the js/menus…only slightly improved…home page still doesn’t load properly and sub pages are freezing up, images not showing….I love this template, but I can’t use it if IE won’t work…too many people still use it…
Again, works great in all other browsers…macbook, windows 7 & 8 and on linux ubuntu
I have to create a user account for support?
Are you talking about this page: http://www.coolmountain.com/ ?
If that is indeed the page you are referring to (as per the error message in your first post), it is still version 1.7 and has not been updated to 1.7.1
Yes, you need to register for support. Our Knowledgebase is open to the general public, but one-on-one support we don’t offer without validation that the user as indeed paid for the product and not downloaded an illegal copy (which believe it or not is already available online).
ok….I’ll sign up…but trust me…I just downloaded the file and replaced the js after your 1st reply…so if it still reads the wrong version, it’s because you haven’t updated the main file with themeforest.
Just unzip and overwrite your /js/menus/flight.menu.js file.
Thank you!..problem appears to be solved…love the design…keep up the great work!
Great!! Thanks for the update, glad to hear it’s fixed your issues! I have resubmitted the changes as Version 1.8 and will double-check ThemeForest actually updates the download file this time when they send us the ‘Approved’ email.
Version 1.8 is now approved and available for download!
I am trying to insert my own logo but it doesn’t seems to appear.
I have followed this as per instructed in the user manual under ‘Inserting a custom logo’ but it doesn’t seems to work. FYI , my logo is only 180px x 160px. Is there a step that I am missing?
What version are you using? In the latest v1.9 that was released yesterday we have simplified the process (see Version 1.9 Changelog for details on all of the code that has been changed). We have also updated the Documentation instructions.
Does your CSS code look like the above URL for DIV ID #logo ? Have you changed the <h1 class="logo">Take: Flight.</h1> to <img src="YOUR_LOGO_PATH.png" id="logo" /> in your HTML ?
<h1 class="logo">Take: Flight.</h1>
<img src="YOUR_LOGO_PATH.png" id="logo" />
It would help a lot if you could send a URL , then we could see the problem and tell you exactly what is wrong! Also, if you follow the steps above and that doesn’t fix the problem, we would appreciate you opening a Support Ticket on our Dedicated Support Website
