Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

I try to update your theme via the wordpress updater and I get this error “An error occurred while updating FlyingNews: Update package not available..”

> Watch this video <

Please update by the following way:

1. Download newest version trom themeforest.net
2. Go to FTP (using for example FileZilla)
3. Navigate to .../wp-config/themes/
4. And copy content of the downloaded flyingnews.zip (the included folder is named flyingnews)

How can I make translate of template?

Translate is carried out by po/mo files. In …/wp-content/themes/flyingnews/laguage is en_GB.po file Load them in poedit (http://www.poedit.net/) and add your translation. Then save it. Name it accordance with your language code. (List of language code is in language folder too) Check whether *.mo file has been created too.

In wp-config.php file change WPLANG to yours.

Dots are missing in the ul list.

Make the list like the following one:

<ul class="list">
    <li>first</li>
    <li>second</li>
</ul>
