I noticed you are using v1.3 on your site. I would recommend you updating the theme to v1.4 in order to get a correct display on iOS.

That issue appeared when iOS was updated to iOS6 with a Safari review. Here changed some behaviors we needed to fix before due to deficiencies with Safari and after updating these fixes started to turn in some problems. So with v1.4 some weird scroll behaviors, specially for Safari iOS6, were fixed.

Anyway, if you need closer support, please, and we will try to help with anything.

Hi mplacerda,

you have a option for upload directly your logo from the dashboard. This option is available since the first version of Folio Two.

Now, if you read the attached documentation or take a look to the screencasts, the options for modifying the placement for the logo and general menu or even translate directly the tags for the menu are included inside the widgets section on WP dashboard. Now these options are grouped inside the menu widget in order to make easier to edit everything about menu just in one site. Please, read the documentation.

Folio Two is completely responsive, since the point of view of the screen size or from devices. The theme responds different if the theme is displayed in a desktop environment or in a mobile device. It is truly and fully responsive.

After taking a look to your site, I must to say that your problems are due to some modifications you did. If you want help with it, open a support ticket and we will take a look closer to your site. Provide us all the information you can about modifications by your part and any detail we must to know.

I´m sorry, I must to say that you can´t set a fixed grid due to the full width size and responsive behaviors. If the grid would be stretched it would be easier to achieve, but in this case is not so easier. The little algorithm that calculates the optimum size for each thumb always calculates their sizes having into account the standard size you set for thumbs using the option panel and the browser width size.

More or less, using a larger size for thumbs, you could achieve the configuration you are searching for. But I can´t assure it will display in this way for every mobile device due to different screen sizes and resolutions.

please, follow the ticket and be patiente. We are studying this issue, initially you should not have any problem adding addSense there, you need to add the code into the info bar.

Please, do not duplicate threads. You opened two tickets with the same question, and this thread hear. It has not sense and it is difficult for us to follow your questions. I hope you understand.

you have a complete change log to help you updating your theme in case you did some deep modifications to the core files.

If you only did changes to styles using your own custom CSS , updating the theme is so easy as installing or replacing the theme files with the new one. Anyway, if you have any doubt or need help updating, open a support ticket and we will help you with this task.

this issue was discussed before on threads. The gaps you can see on particular browser sizes are due to some thumbs are not using the same size that the whole grid thumbs. Sometimes a single pixel in height can make this gaps appear.

Folio Two does not use masonry or any other plugin like this to construct unequal grids based on thumbs. For this reason all your thumbs must to have the same sizes.

as you can see on the demo, this is the normal responsive behavior for the theme. We created a truly device responsive experience in this sense. The responsive behavior work for desktop in a different way that for mobiles and tablets.

Another important point here too is the poor support on devices for advanced elements with animations specially. This is the case of the menu, that in iOS in particular had some enhacement problems.

Anyway, if you need closer support or have any other doubt, just open a support ticket and we will try to solve any of your doubts.

the theme does not offer a option to achieve this. But some Folio Two users are running this behavior using a plugin or adding a little javascript code to the main files. It is easy to add using these couple of vias.

I understand your needs. But I must to say that the theme does not work in this way. Normally creatives using this kind of themes create items with developed projects within, the galleries. That is the essence of this theme as it is explained on the screencasts that way it works.

Anyway, you could achieve this you need using a plugin. You would create some thumbs you could need, using your projects images, and then link them to the same project where your visits could watch your contents. If you have only five projects I think that this could be a good solution.

You can open a support ticket and there we will explain you how to achieve this. Don´t worry, it is pretty easy.

Another little question I need to add plug-in that I purchased which translates into different languages. How to do it? Through WordPress itself or from a file?

we recommend using qTranslate for these tasks. We made since v1.3 a good integration for this plugin into F2. It is almost the standard to work with translations and due to some F2 AJAX behaviors to integrate this AJAX plugin can be harder as expected by your part. You would need to integrate some javascript parts into F2 core files. So the easiest way to achieve this is using the plugin we recommend.
