I am trying use the basic slider to display images on the homepage but nothing is showing up. I have downloaded the most recent version to ensure I had the fix for the basic slider, but am not having much luck.

When I try to upload the zip file to Wordpress, it says the CSS stylesheet is missing so won’t let me install theme, but when I look in the folders it is there. How can I install?

Are you making this theme responsive any time soon? i really like it, but I need responsiveness.

Is there a way to disable the “More” button in the main menu? The last menu entry i have is hidden and I have to click the more button to see it, and if the More button wasn’t there it would fit in the bar perfectly.

I cannot change the light green link hover color on the main menu either. From firebug, it looks like it is #B3C897, but when I change it in style.css (line 154) nothing happens. I’ve deactivated all .css and .js files and it still stays light green. Where is this color originating from?

UPDATE : Found it! It’s in script.js (line 118). Change ”$(this).stop(true, true).children(‘a’).animate({color: ”#B3C897” }, 200);” to the color you’d like to use.

Also, is it possible to create a child theme? I noticed a directory called “skin” and was wondering how to use that.

Also your support ticketing system is down, i also had the query where my front page posts dont get randomly updated on the code you gave me, it just picks the latest 4 posts and displays them in random order, but i wanted random posts to be picked.

I modified the url slug lines for “recipe” and “recipe-type” and now I always get “Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.” message.

The URL however displays correctly. www.mydomain.com/newslug/item_name/

any ideas?

EDIT : I found the solution. You need to go back to general settings>permalinks and re-save settings again.

There’s a bug when adding recipes to the Left Image Slider. At first I was having no problems, but now when I add a recipe and save, it deletes one of the others. When I delete recipe then try to add one, it deletes another and replaces it with a new one. Originally I had 5, now I’m only able to add three and if I were to delete another it would only allow two. Strange bug, hope someone is working on it.

Hi, I bought the theme, which is very nice, now I have a few question (sorry not a coding pro :] )

I added a menu, and now I lost the buttons on the right of the menu (RSS, FB I think and other buttons) And is it possible to make a custom log in and register form which could be used like a widget ? I just added a plug in which is not bad and it is simple but when I add the form as a widget it gets a little messy on the sidebar.

I was wondering – is there a way to enable lightbox (or whatever plugin is used) on single-recipe pages? The slider is great, but it would be even better if clicking on an image actually enlarged the image to it’s full size just like standard lightbox does.

I hope this is possible since clicking the featured image in the recipe list page pops up the image in the full size. I would like the same thing on the single-recipe page

Hi I’ve been testing the theme for a while and avoided commenting because everything has been solvable with a bit of googling. My recommendations; Theme my login PLUGIN wp-admin block PLUGIN widget logic PLUGIN This theme and these plugins are pretty powerful. With a small amount of amateur coding you can achieve a lot. My issue is with the rating system. I want to query/report on all posts with the recipe post_type and ORDER BY rating. Where is the rating value kept. I have been through all available tables and see no evidence of this value.
