Your support site is nothing more than a handful of unhelpful knowledge base posts from almost a YEAR ago and a ticket submission form.

The fact is, it’s ridiculous that I should need to submit a ticket for something that should be posted for all to see – since the same questions are asked over and over by people that have wasted their money on your theme.

Just post the answers NOW in the Database.

Believe me, you’ll save an AMAZING amount of time by creating a form instead of answering the same questions over and over in a ticket format.

No one should have to submit tickets to ask the size of your header (BTW your PSD file size isn’t accurate) or if people turn off menu navigation it should work. They shouldn’t need to send in a ticket or remove lines of CSS from the style sheet.

Thinking of buying this but with all the upset people im not sure now. Does this theme work? Is there still problems and is support back online?

Well i got it and so far so good.. Got a questions though. How can i make the home page slider display photos from all tags? right now i have to put in all the tags manually.

Came to comments to make sure the theme is compatible is with WP 3 .4.1 and saw a few recent comments.
I have had NOTHING but OUTSTANDING service and help with this theme when needed. Has also required very little help with it, but when needed has received it with a smile on the face from the author.
Has no idea why some are complaining. This is an outstanding theme from an outstanding author. Highly recommends it.

BTW , the reason why there is no ” Purchased ” badge on my comment, is because my friend BOUGHT this theme for me and gave me the license code he purchased it with for me to sign up at the support forum when the theme was FIRST released. Sebrosen is aware of that and he actually logged into my wordpress when I first installed this theme and fixed an issue for me.

I will once again go on ahead and log into support and see if there is WP 3 .4.1 announcement and have my friend who bought it for me download any update for it. i LOVE this theme.

I’m having trouble signing into the http://support.wpmaniac.com forum so hopefully I can ask a question here still. I’d like to have the home page have more than 10 posts on it… what file would I have to change to get it to show like 15 or so?

Hi,  I have been using this theme it works fine but couple of days ago I noticed I was unable to login to my Wordpress and I tried to reset password but now it’s not showing me any of my dashboard menus like new posts, plugins, widgets, themes. It’s totally blank. But my website still looks fine online. 

Kindly help what should I do to get back my dashboard menus. 

Unfortunately I don’t have backup otherwise I would have reinstalled Wordpress.

any chances that a weekly or monthly meal planner calendar can be added in… idea is you drag and drop recipe onto “week planner” and it spits out a weekly menu with shopping list?

AdSense Plugin or Widget? Hi, Love this theme, our web designer switched us from Thesis to Foodpress and even though we post about more than food, it works great. One question is if there is an Google Adsense Plugin or Widget that works with this theme? We have tried Google Adsense Plugin from BestWebSoft, but it does not seem to be working.
