Same for me nabucoweb! I have sent an e-mail to Chimpstudio many days ago and did not received any reply from them. The responsive mode does not work at all even if in the demo seem to work.

Secondly, we don’t provide support from our email anymore. We have a special support ticket system. after many days the responsive mode problem is NOT jet solved on my site and I have not received any answer to the ticket I have submitted.
Since other persons have my same problem It would be fairer to sell your theme as a NON RESPONSIVE theme…
PS. before you answer me asking my ticket number I can tell you that I haven’t received any number, and I can not even resubmit my ticket since your support form says that my purchase code is aleready used (or somethig like that).

The color scheme change doesn’t work at all,
I am facing severe issue and making a people upset by choosing this theme.
You should never release an incomplete theme if one of the major functions do no work.
My client is getting pissed with the delay I have opened the ticket on 19th of May, still not resolved! This is poor quality work… and completely unexpected…

On your demo theme, the web responsive mode is working fine, and as many person, we bought this theme according this argument.

Do you offer the dummy content for the slider that who feature on your demo site. The exact slider. The 5 sliders that I imported do not offer this.

As you said that after removing submit button text logo does not allign to center. I have checked it by myself and found there is no issue with this. You must have made some changes in css that’s why you are facing this issue otherwise no one facing this problem in our theme.

Yes you can change this background image from theme options > general settings > background image. You can keep empty this field for no background or you can upload an image of your choice.
Hi guys, another one, i dont need the submit your recipe button in the homepage, so i leave it in blank that part, as it worked, it is not showing on the homepage but the logo is not at the center anymore , it just moves to the right, i tried to edit the css but i m having trouble with it, could you help me also with this, Thanks in advance.
Go to style.css file in line 430 and find this class ( .header-bottom .logo ) and set further more properties for it ( float: left; margin-left: 200px; )

Twitter widget is not working on any theme because its API has been changed from twitter site. We are working with the new API at this time. Hopefully soon we will overcome this issue and upgrade it in our new version.
