Hi – I have the template installed, but for some reason the slideshow doesn’t work. Image #1 shows up, and when clicking on the next/previous, it shows some flickering but nothing happens. As the sizes of the images are slightly different, you can see the other images showing on the back of image #1. The same happens for the slider for the products on the home page. Please any advise is appreciated.

It is a jQuery conflict: one of your custom extensions is loading another version of jQuery. You need to remove that other version of jQuery or remove extension. Then flush the cache and all will work fine.

Have you added a new slideshow with the update? The one you have now works really bad, you should add revolution slider or some of the other newer ones, it shouldn’t be to hard..

Unfortunately there is no such feature out of the box. Theme is using Colorbox plugin ( http://www.jacklmoore.com/colorbox/ ), it is only loaded on product page for Cloud Zoom (for better performance), but you can customize the Cloud Zoom module and “tell” it to load the plugin also on other pages.

The Infortis team seems to prioritize Ultimo theme over Fortis theme. We have seen many updates (6!) for Ultimo since December 2012. But no update since December 2012 for Fortis theme. It just gets pushed forward month after month. First it was April, then May, now June and eventually….
I understand that the Infortis team is very busy, but this is taking too long compared to Ultimo. I hope Fortis theme owners will get their update soon, since they are paying customers too!!
