After the latest update (did it specialy for the lightbox popup) i had to change the zoom options, no problem so far, was on inside instead of right.
But: i see the product picture in catalog (like main menu grid) full picture.. when i click the product, it automatic zooms on the picture and the picture on the catelog grid cant be seen..
How to fix this?

1. Issue with bullets will be fixed in the next update (soon).
2. Fortis Theme (and any other theme) isn’t compatible with all third-party extensions by default. It’s impossible for theme author to make the theme compatible with all existing extensions. Often (but not always) you need to customize the extension to make it work properly with the theme.
Sometimes there can be a conflict if the extension and the theme override the same Magento template file. In such cases you need to customize the template.

We haven’t done extensive testing, it should work, but you may need some customization as this theme was designed for Community Edition.
As I see in enterprise version, it has many options that seems your theme do not support them, can you change your theme for enterprise too ?
Unfortunately we’re not planning Enterprise version.

We don’t know the exact date, it will be announced on the theme description page on ThemeForest. AJAX cart is not planned as there are extensions with offer this functionality.
Is there any way to block_header_nav_dropdown2 and 3 and 4? I’m trying to figure it out as I need to add a few more static blocks as menu items, but I can’t get it to work.
Also have you tested the theme with Fishpig’s Wordpress integration? It does not seem to pull all CSS across with it as it is not displaying some wordpress plugins correctly in Magento. The integration works great as there are a number of free Wordpress extensions (store locator for one example) that would be very handy in Magento, however I cannot get them working with anything but the default base template in Magento.

1. In the latest version there are 4 blocks by default. More blocks can only be added manually (you can copy/paste the existing code, you only need to change the numbers).

While trying to display the brands, inside the “brand” attribute > Manage Label/Options for me there is no “Manage Options (values of your attribute)”. Why?

You probably created simple attribute, not a drop-down list. Please see Magento documentation for details (it is default Magento feature not related with the theme).

1) Unfortunately such feature is not available, you will need to create this manually.
2) and 3) I don’t know which version you are using but all of this is available in the latest version and described in the user guide (stock indicator is available since the beginning but wasn’t described in the documentation).

We don’t know the exact date yet, it will be announced later. For now theme can work on mobile devices like any other non-responsive page.
Any modifications can be done by CSS or HTML template customization. For example, you can override CSS to change color settings. PSD files are supplied so you can also create custom background images for header and footer or simply replace it with solid white color.

After you “mark” products as new you often need to reindex Magento.
Also note that your code is invalid. Did you check the code description and examplees in the user guide? Fix your code and before you add it to your home page, disable the WYSIWYG editor first.

In the product page, there is a place to insert a statick block at the right under the brand logo. My question is if I can put there an atribute or dinamic content. For exemple, something talking about the brand or the product. Now it is only possible to insert a statick block and it is the same for all products.

Is it possible to use jquery to change a custom option dropdown selection when a picture in cloudzoom is selected for viewing.
For example: I’m selling 3 different colored shirts- Red, Green, Blue… which can be selected in the product view through a custom option. All 3 colored shirts are being displayed in cloudzoom with red being the default option. I would like the dropdown list to reflect the selection in the primary (large) image, and vice versa. That way the customer will automatically see the relation.
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately there is no such feature i this theme. There are Magento extensions which offer this functionality, but you would probably need to integrate such extension manually as it (I’m not 100% sure about that) overrides the same Magento template file as our Cloud Zoom (so there will be a conflict between the theme and extension).
Mozilla Firefox Bug.
Hello Fortis Theme Users. Before, I posted that the Firefox GoPhoto.It add-on will make your cloud zoom to malfunction. Recently, I installed the SEO DOCTOR which is also a firefox add-on.
Please do not install this add-on as it will prevent you and your customers to login. Initially, (assuming that it is installed) you will be able to login in the frontend, then after loggin in, click any button like a category, account menu or whatever, you will notice the “Hello Name (Not Name?)” on the upper right portion of the page and will re-direct you to the login page.

You didn’t upload all files or cache is not refreshed. Please upload all files again (overwrite all files). Then, flush the caches (also CSS and JS – you’re using CSS /JS merging tool). Also flush external cache, if you’re using any.

I did find out that the new files did not work with my settings because i do not use the cloudzoom, i just installed the old ones and its all good. Thanks
