All I did was send my email through your themeforest dashboard. That the way most authors prefer. You responded to my email almost immediately and I responded back and never heard from you. So please, for the sake of everyone who is having issues getting support, fix the way you receive or respond to emails and give us some support.

how hard is it to add 3rd party modules like blog integration – payment gateways with this template? and prestashop

Hello, I like too much your theme. I’m considering to buy it, but I’ve seen some issues that I don’t understand. The themes features are: - HTML5 template - Complete semantic markup with SEO in mind

But the template isn’t in HTML5 and there isn’t semantic markup like: <header> <nav> <section> <article>... This is the basic for a HTML5 template!

Have you any plan to fix this soon?

Hey,

I’ve purchased the theme yesterday, hoping that all major issues have been fixed and that support will be responsive in case of any new ones. I’ve applied it to fresh 1.5.2 installation and I’ve observed major issues with it. Immediately mailed support, received ticket confirmation and… nothing. Today, I’ve also havent received ANYTHING. When can I expect the 24/7 support to respond?

Well, to be honest, when I read 24/7 support I can and I do expect timely responses. What it seems now its not a 24/7 but some-business-hours-7-days-a-week-support. Close, but not exactly the same thing as 24/7. Despite that, I’ve received an email asking for ftp details, answered that its impossible, because there’s no ftp access, and said I am pretty happy with doing any required fixes on my own according to instructions, and there’s the silence again.

For the record, I havent heard from ‘the 24/7’ support since their last mail.. I guess it must be some-business-hours-few-days-a-week-support. What’s worse, I still dont have the theme working properly, and therefore, my store.

We answer to tickets more than daily. also in the evening and weekends tickets get picket up. Seems that my colleague replied to your tickets and tried helping you in any way we can. If there are problems only in your situations occurs we need to dive in and that takes time. Please understand

I suppose you will collect all reported issues, and you will launch an updated version with all them fixed. How are you going to publish the fixes and how should I apply them?

for detailed view product pictures, she goes out of the window and can not be closed. Part of the image is not visible in Google Chrome, it is hidden upper dark stripe. :-(
