Hi,

Great template! But i am having problems with the menu. In IE10 and IE9, the menu is always collapsed and i can’t make it smaller. Here is a link to the site http://stijlvol-wonen-brabant.nl. Hope you can help.

thanks,

Hi there,

could you be a bit more specific? I checked the site in IE9 and IE10 and it worked fine. If you have any toolbars or plugins installed, try disabling them.

Hi there,

could you be a bit more specific? What exactly is wrong and which device did you use? I’ve taken a look using the iPhone and it didn’t seem like a ‘disaster’.

Hi, the main images are not responsive and don’t fit into the mobile format. The site seems to stick when loading, the packages section, the word ‘Professional’ doesn’t fit into the mobile format. The second paragraph does not left align on mobile format. I’m sure that there are more elements , you can email directly if that helps. Please check. Many thanks Steve

also there seems to be an empty box with the word ‘the wrong agency’ at the top left of the site on mobile version.

Which device are you using?

So I’ve taken a look and the first thing I noticed is that the hero text in the main slider has a font-size set using the Custom CSS option that is not responsive, but the same for every device. This both makes the text very large and makes the entire slider and images stretch. Simply use a media query to control the size or remove it. This will probably make the word ‘Professional’ fit too.

I’m seeing those words, but it appears to be the logo, the curved words? If you’re seeing a box it might be that the image is not being properly loaded on your browser.

2 other things I noticed were the testimonials slider and the contact form. You seem to be using a plugin for these elements and as such will require some custom CSS to be used within the theme. They don’t seem to be responsive by default.

Hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for your reply, there isn’t a logo for this site yet, so don’t think the box can be the logo. With ref to the custom css option, can you tell me how to keep the words on front slideshow the same size without the custom css as I don’t really understand. I’m not really sure what to do about the other bits but if you could help with the first two, I would be most grateful. My email address is wowfishdesign@gmail.com Thanks

Also when trying to look at pages on mobile, it seems to be switching off ??

Default-user

I have made a few changes, but it still shuts down when I get near the end of the site. Also images are not loading, eg on portfolio page, and other images ??

Default-user

Blog not showing images either….

Need to change size of opening text and let it remain responsive. ?

Default-user

I’ve managed to sort out the size of text. I need the images to show up on the mobile version . Any ideas ?

Default-user

In fact the majority of images are not showing.

Sorted images out now. The mobile version switches itself off and seems to be really glitchy. How do I disable the animations on mobile version to make it run smoother. Animated movements are great but not on this theme for mobile. What custom css would I put it ?

66Themes

Disabling the animations on mobile could indeed boost the performance. You can simply do a check in the JavaScript to detect if a mobile device is being used and only enable the code when it’s not.

Default-user

Please let me know how to do that, what code to use and where to put it as the mobile version of the site really doesn’t work correctly right now. Took a long time to make the site and disappointed with mobile results. thanks in advance

Default-user

Hi Please Please Please can you reply to my question as the mobile version right now is pretty bad, slow to react and really quite unusable. thank you

Hi there,

apologies for the late response! If you want I can make the change for you, might be faster than explaining the process. In that case, could you send me login details to your WordPress installation and FTP server? You can use the contact form on my profile page.

Hi, I’ve been using your theme and it’s great so far! I just have one problem. I have set up a menu and six pages and they show up in the right way. The menu links are not working however. If you click on one of the menu links it redirects you to a different page, showing the right content but with no css whatsoever. It should just go to the right part of the single page website. Any idea what might be the problem?

Hi there,

glad you like it! Apologies for the late reply, are you still experiencing the issues? And if so, are you seeing any JavaScript errors? And did you setup the permalinks properly?

Kind regards, 66Themes
