Hi, I just purchased the theme and I’m trying to customize it, but as soon as i post an image on the home page (i create a page using the HOME template in the dropdown menu) this is the result..plus, when i go on my web address the site not starts from the home page..can you help me? thank you
Instructions for creating a static home page are in the documentation. The images used in the slide on any page using the home page template must be attached to the page but not added to the content editor (otherwise they will also appear in the page content).

The full width slider is the Home template. Follow the instructions in the Home Page section of the documentation giving the page you set as the front page the “Home” template.

Can I replace word Franklyn with actual image of a logo? Is that possible?
Yes. The logo image should be no wider than 180px. If the image is larger then it will be scaled down to fit the sidebar width.

You can change whatever you like if you know how to do it using CSS . There is a preset colour choice of dark or light as seen on the live preview.

- Create a new page. Give it a title.
- Give the page the “Home” template.
- Configure the slider settings below the content editor.
- Click “Set feature image” link and upload the slider images.
- Publish the page.
- Go to Settings >Reading
- Select “A static page (select below)” from the “Front page displays” option.
- Select your home page from the “Front page:” drop down menu.
Click the save button.
You need to remove the example line of CSS (that is making your page background yellow) from style.css of the child theme.ok i did it..but the slider doesn’t work as you can see here www.marioparruccini.com

The slider is working as it is supposed to. The images for the slider need to be attached to the page. Not inserted into the page content.

I set up Homepage follow Documentation how can I make slideshow on homepage and how to fit picture in homepage.

The images are automatically resized to fill the browser window.
The “Home” template must be selected for that page in order for the background slideshow to appear.

Hello,
I am trying to Margin Out the Main Logo/Title text when it uses the @media for smartphones.
I can’t seem to find the file “responsive.css?ver=3.4.2” to edit it.
I would like to center the image logo I have replaced it with. And also margin out the text that is there.
responsive.css is in the main theme folder with all the template files and style.css.
