I have setup a website using this theme but we have run into a problem. We uploaded 15 images for one property but only 5 images show in the slideshow on the property page. Is it limited to 5 pictures or is there a way to enable it to show more?

We actually have a section in the documentation that I can send you that includes a section on how to extend the theme. We are using default WordPress functions so it’s very easy to retrieve data and add custom fields.

Great theme! Do you know if it’s possible to auto-populate a listing with an existing MLS #? If this is not a feature this theme comes with do you know how and would I be able to hire you to incorporate this into the theme for us?
We don’t offer any IDX /MLS auto feed support. WordPress handles all the posting of the properties. You can however add this in via a 3rd party plugin http://www.ihomefinder.com ). I’ve had a few buyers do this successfully. It does require additional modifications through like styling and templating that you can learn more on the ihomefinder site and documentation. Feel free to send me an e-mail and I can provide some more details.

Yeah, the left sidebar can hold any widget. The theme supports unlimited sidebars which means you can have a unique sidebar on any page. The main content on the right can have property listings, blog posts, or content you manually add. There are tons of options as well as removing the sidebar completely.

Yeah, the theme supports multiple languages. You can easily translate the theme to any language.

Can I, or you, add two more property status’s. Sold Under Contract
These two status’s are used a lot. We would love to have sold because it lets us, and our visitors, have access to how many properties we have sold throughout the years. Also adding a “Sold On [Date]” feature would be awesome as well

the theme is for house properties but i want to use this theme for cars that is to give info about new cars in the market,for that i have to change the theme names such as property as type of cars and agents as the company of the cars and beds as the type of engine and bath as the year of the car etc this like this,is it possible to change?if yes how it is possible ?
We actually included some basic documentation for customizing even though we can’t support them. We realize people are going to modify this theme a lot!

If you are comfortable editing WordPress Theme files, it shouldn’t be a problem to change the theme to a cars website.

Unfortunately that would require some modifications to the theme. Currently the only keyword search supported is address. You could have to make some modifications to the theme in order to add the MLS number searching.

Yeah, you can have Featured Slides that aren’t properties. The caption is easy to disable. Also, you can link the slide to any page.

Yeah, we use a Custom Post Type called “Properties”. The client would just need to click “Add new Property” and then fill out the fields.

I’m considering purchasing the theme but i have a few quick questions.
1) Does the site support UK maps, currency etc.
2) Does the site support UK postcodes instead of US Zip Codes in the search etc?
3) Can additional categories be added to the property listings dropdown, for example for can I add Commercial For Sale along with normal For sale and commercial For rent along with For Rent.

1) Yeah, you can change the currency with a simple option in the Theme Options. Also, we are using google maps which is global. We support all countries that google maps supports.
2) Same as question 1. We are using the Google maps API to generate the maps and data. Therefore we support just about every country.
3) Adding Additional Property Status’s is built-in. You can add this very easily via the WordPress Dashboard.
