Note: Those performance scores are useless. All responsive themes will get low scores as images are scaled. Ours for instance use Retina-Ready images and responsive images that those tests don’t take into account but instead assume is wrong. I instead recommend using a tool that actually measures your websites speed like this tool from Pingdom (Also they give a list of what files are slowing your website down so you can either lower the file-size or get rid of):

I’ve gone through the forum policies and i think its only fair.. but if i’m making the customization myself, which is basically just changing the labels or names of the custom posts and custom taxonomies will i get any help if something breaks or stops working the way it should…?

Hi I have a problem with sidebar, only with template agent. Because others template with diferent sidebar loading good. I have installed the plugin Simple Page Sidebars and I watch the video from Freehold – Widgets & Unlimited Sidebars. You can see the page here a check there are diferent sidebar except in page agent in spanish “agentes” Sorry for my english and Thanks

Does this theme support IDX code so people can search the MLS Listing directly on my website?
Unfortunately we don’t offer any IDX feed support. WordPress handles all the posting of the properties. You can however add this in via a 3rd party plugin like http://www.ihomefinder.com. We’ve had a few buyers do this successfully. It does require additional modifications like styling and templating that you can learn more on the ihomefinder site and documentation.
Hey i’m very interested in buying this theme for one of my customers, but when i look at the screencast of how you set up the maps & pins there is a problem. I need a more user-friendly way of adding a map with markers without touching any code like it is now.
Am i misjudging this theme or am i correct that it will be hard to change the map?

). You just plug the address into a box, we are using Google Maps API . It couldn’t be easier.

Hi, very interested in this theme however i need it to work for UK property market so searching via postcode is vital and all the other changes like zip to postcode etc etc
Is there a demo version for the UK i could view?
I know you have said it does support this but i have had bad experience with buying a similar theme where the dev told me it would support it but it didnt or it half did…...

Hello there! I am looking at purchasing this theme for my client. I was wondering if the listings page can not have the search engine and the map if I don’t want them, there would only be 2 or 3 listings at a time on the website, so I don’t want it to be overkill…

Yeah, you can easily remove the search and the map. We have directions for removing the search in our support forums (Very easy). If you need help removing the map, we can provide simple directions in the support forums and assist you with that.

Yeah, you can easily link to another page (Either on your website or an external website like a MLS listing). You won’t need to edit any code to do this. I assume you mean either in the navigation or in the content of a page.

1) The “Request more information” would be sent to a group account but labeled which property was responded to.
2) Yes, you can adjust the units and currency easily within the theme options.
3) Yes, this theme is responsive and will work on any device from a phone, or tablet, to a desktop.
4) Yes, You can adjust the /month to per week etc but it would only be one option. Note: If you wanted additional time frames like each month separately that would be a customization you would have to add yourself that is unsupported. It would likely be a minor customization but it would be unsupported.

Yeah, send me an e-mail and I can forward you the documentation for the theme (E-mail me via my profile page contact form). It includes screenshots and videos of the entire admin backend. Sellers/Agents can add/maintain their own properties from the WordPress Dashboard. If you set them to the “Author” user, they will only be able to edit there own listings and nothing else. Everything else in the admin will be hidden from them.

I like this theme, and considering the purchase. I need to build a website with 300 properties. It needs to be multilanguage (default: Hungarian; English; German). Does the theme support the WPML plugin? I would need to translate the admin panel too. Is the search form fully customizable?

Yeah, we include multi-language ready files in the download. We have many buyers that have used WPML and can confirm it works well. Note: The WordPress admin will be translatable but the options panel won’t be. The search can be customized easily but requires updating of theme files.

I have another question: when I insert a video into “properties” to see the property in “single file”, when I click on the photos in the gallery, alternately (one by one), will then display a picture, the video, a photo, video … this is very strange because whenever I click on the images. How do I resolve this?
