I need this functionality.
Tenant/Lanlord and buyer registration: For people to register details; beds, area, move in date, budget, contact details, comments (these need to be three separate pages)
Also can all dollar signs be adjusted to british Sterling as the site will be a British Agents.
Do you have a demo of the back end so i can see how easy it is to upload images?
1) Anybody can comment and contact for details. Registration is not required. If you want them to register, then they can do so as well. This is all functionality built-in to WordPress. They have plugins that will allow front-end registration if you want that, otherwise they will register just like any other WordPress user in the WordPress Dashboard.
2) Yes, the currency can easily be changed. This is built-in to the theme options panel.
3) Yeah, send me an e-mail and I can provide you the documentation.

Hi i just bought your theme, is there anyway I can make a “For Lease” intead of “for sale, for rent.” My client is selling commercial property’s like store buildings.

I also need to put a price in that reads: $18.00/sq ft. In commercial they sell by the square feet…your theme won’t let me put this. It only accepts a number. Thanks for the help, looking forward to making this theme work for my client’s commercial retail business.

I can’t seem to get the images to look right on property listings. I uploaded a featured image but when I go to view the page it doesnt show the image…everything else is working okay so far. Also when I try to add in multiple images it doesnt put thumbnails like yours does in the video…can you please provide help

Hello, I just now purchased this theme and when uploading it I get this message: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed.
I tried twice with the same results. Can you please instruct me on what I need to do to get this uploaded. Thank you very much.

hi there. can we remove the search bar at the top? also can we edit the listing info headings….
1) Yeah, we have directions on our support forums on how to remove the search bar at the top.
2) Yeah, the headings can be completely unique and don’t need to be addresses. I just used the address in the live preview as it was too difficult to make up custom titles for all the listings

I want to buy this theme, but I need it to use as animal database (animals for adopt, animals in shelters, lost and found dogs…)
Can I somehow itself customize descriptions of items and search criteria (rename, add…) and translate the theme in a different language? Is it possible to edit html, css, or I would have to rename the entries in the database too?
Some of the entries can be renamed easily within the Theme Options (Beds, baths, Currency, Default Search Text, Sq Ft). Of course if you translated the theme, you could rename those fields while translating as well. If you need to add or remove fields, that will require some modifications of code but it wouldn’t be difficult. We provide some direction for the files to edit in the theme documentation. Note: Customizations are not supported.

Can a single listing have multiple listing agents? This is common for my client to have 2 listing agents for a single piece of property.
Unfortunately the listings on support one single agent at this time. We tried to come up with a work-around for this in the past but there wasn’t a solid solution.

Ok thank you but what I am not sure about is I purchased the Freehold theme on 2/1/2013 and I see over to the right that the last update was on 2/2/13 but the Change log under the Item Details section says the last update was on 2/1/13. I am not sure whether I need to update or not? Thanks again!
I see, the confusion is because ThemeForest uses Australian Time Zones that are about 18 hours ahead of ours. Don’t worry about time zones though as that is irrelevant. You can open up your style.css file and at the top it will list the version. If you have version 2.0, you are running the latest version

Hello, I cannot figure out how to post my question in the support forum. My blog page is not my home page. How do I display more than one post on my blog page? I would like to show anywhere between 5 to 10 blog posts at a time. I tried changing the array from 1 to 5 in homepage-blog.php…query_posts( array( ‘post_type’ => ‘post’, ‘paged’ => $paged, ‘posts_per_page’ => ‘1’ ) ); as I saw in a similar post, but it took my entire website down. Hi there, we have 5 languages on our real estate site, does thsi system support extra languages? if not is it compatible with qtranslate? also can the property listings be exported in xml format so we can stream to other property portals? is the system SEO friendly? thanks
We do support multiple languages. We have a seperate set of files under /Misc/Multi-Language-Files/ that are built for http://wpml.org and also compatible with qTranslate. All WordPress posts can be exported in XML. It would be up to you to make sure the format works with your other portals though. And yes, our theme is SEO friendly. You can also add an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO if you want more control over SEO.

This depends on your old site but more than likely not without some customizing. If you are a developer then you can likely edit the feed so that it works. Freehold uses WordPress’s built-in features and creates a “Properties” post type for the real estate. It’s just a simple post type with custom meta data.

It seems I made a big mistake in buying this theme, I can’t even get a simple reply to a contact I made through the Author’s website, I had a problem displaying the slider on homepage, tried everything, even spent more than 8 hours just trying to get it working.
The theme complicates things too much, it shoudn’tbethat hard to get a slider on the homepage even though I followed the instructions on the documentation and watched the video which shows exactly how to do that, done all the steps, and nothing comes out of it.
You e-mailed us this morning and we responded within 2 hours (About 3 hours before you posted this comment!). Please do not leave untrue comments as we are very responsive and have responded to you with great direction.
In addition we have a support forums that we respond to very quickly. You have not posted a support forum question either. We offer many avenues of receiving help. Also, we have sold many themes and can assure you our documentation and themes are top notch and easy to use.
You can also install the live preview content using the import file and documentation if you are having trouble. This is the quickest way to get all of the content setup as it’s a 3-4 minute setup. Pretty easy.
