How do I get my money back on this theme?

It is not Responsive!

I have tested on a Samsung SIII and it leaves a big white space on the left slide.

I also tested in Firefox – Tools – Web Developer – Responsive Design View, and can see a slider option left to right at the bottom of the page.

And NO.. I won’t post in your support forum.

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY! I’ve installed theme and it is horrible. I Can’t do anything with it.

I have no reply on the support forum – this is the most difficult theme ive ever worked with! Very badly put together

It seems you can only customise it by the parameters set out in the AIT Dashboard! I want to customise it differently (manually) and find it impossible to do so! How do i use my own fonts?

AIT, seeing all these complaints concerning support and the theme itself, I’m wondering:

- There are already 33 AIT themes and since yesterday another one. You keep on producing themes on clockwork. I hope you staff your support department enough to handle all the questions and bugs accordingly.

- Reading that Freestyle is build on the AIT framework, I’m wondering if you see these kind of issues are also seen with the other themes. If not, why in this theme? Rework the framework? And sure, it’s software, made by men, so bugs will always exist.

Anyway, don’t understand me wrong, for now I have no issue with the theme, except some performance. I love the design and want to get the best of this theme and maybe in the future another one.

how can we get upgraded and latest version? Do we need to do all customization again?

Saw on the dashboard a new version, V2.25 with responsive fix. Great, considering my/the earlier requests/remarks for responsiveness of this theme. So what does the fix contain?

Is the Freestyle theme compatible with Woo Commerce? If I install the Woo Commerce plugin will it negatively affect the products that are already on there?

I’d like to join your support forum, however when I follow the instructions you provided to find my “Item Purchase Code” for Freestyle, Themeforest is not showing a link for “License Certificate”. Please advise.

Is there an option with this theme to have popup windows load on hover over the thumbnails? Right now, the popup windows load onclick.

If this option doesn’t exist, what would be the cost to have it included?

I have been working with this theme for a few weeks and all of a sudden nothing in the AIT Dashboard will save.

How can I update the theme? when I click the lastest version it brings me to a page with nothing on it. This theme has been nothing but a headache very disappointing when you expect quality.

This theme is the fuckin’ worst I have encountered. Not really responsive. Can’t change the format of date in posts (for french users isn’t cool). Very poorly documentation ! Loading too long. I know, I just repeat what others say but it’s the absolute truth !!!! and when I look at the support forum is not very reactive. So…......... i’m very very disappointed…

it seems that the revolution sliders get an update, but this update is not on the pack. How can we get it, because your version of this plugins doesnt work with WP 3,5 ?

Hi, Purchased and fresh installed this theme, uploaded demo content as per instruction and demo content installed. I then went to front end and everything appeared fine. When I click on edit page, it takes me to the editor mode as should, only that the content does not appear in the Visual mode. It is blank. I check for it in the HTML tab mode, and it appears but only when I refresh page under html mode does it appear. When I revert to Visual mode, it is still blank white. Then, when I go back to html mode, the code has disappeared. This should not be happening to the basic of theme component. There are also other glitches but do not want to overwhelm comment board and resolve this first as it is the most important and basic crucial elements to any theme. Your support is greatly appreciated.
