If this theme supported a sidebar I would have bought it. It is perfect for my current client! The lack of a sidebar is a deal breaker though. Such a shame…

Hello, this problem occurs when you upload your files on an FTP server, all the new lines are removed and the code that is on the server is broken. just Re-upload the template and it should work. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for purchasing the theme. If it does not work for direct upload you can unzip the theme, and copy the folder with all files in it to your site ftp in wp-content/themes . After that you just activate the theme from admin panel. It is also specified in documentation more detail how to make it. Thanks.

To make the audio player to work you will need to enable audio in theme settings and also enable autoplay and upload your music for three formats: mp3, ogg and wav to make it compatible for all browsers. Hi, thanks for purchase. For wonder slider to work you will need to upload more photos on the homepage direct in page. You can look at documentation how it is made. Also take a look at theme options and check the box ajax to enable ajax on your theme. With ajax checked site will load first and music will not stop. If there is not this problem with wonderslider and you can not solve it please send us an email with admin user and pass at support@1theme.com Also please if you have any further problem write to our support at http://1theme.com/forum
I have managed to sort all the problems up but need help with making the music player work when the images gets changed.
Great that you manage all to work. I see that you just don’t activate the ajax functionality. Just go to admin template settings and check ajax box. This will make it work. Thanks

Yes, look in the Theme Options, under “Audio” find the checkbox “Enable Audio”, then uncheck it.
The music plays but whenever the image changes it stops. I went onto the way to the forum but the instruction on there didn’t help.

Hi. About your questions: 1. You can increase the width of content through main css of the theme. 2. Yes, the size will increase in dependency of content width 3. No, you can not add pagination to the gallery pictures.
It’s pretty funny. Everyone with an issue posts it here and straight away get told to “post this on our forum”. Well, if you go over to their forum, you’ll see a lot of posts that go days and days without a reply; usually when someone starts getting pissed. So they have this “sales page” canvassed pretty good; they just handle the support site ho-hum. Meanwhile, there is a ton of stuff regarding this theme that is either messed up or unintuitive. My site has been messed up since this morning when I loaded the theme and remains so approaching 12hrs and counting (which isn’t as bad as all the posts I saw that took days and days to get a response). For being my first venture into a responsive theme/ajax, blah blah; this has turned out to be pretty disappointing and certainly a waste of cash. For crying out loud it doesn’t even support widgets, let alone all the tougher issues I’m dealing with. I haven’t even been able to find something as simple as a damned screen cast or tutorial for this theme. I hate bashing a bunch of guys trying to make a living but you can’t be responsible for selling the framework that runs a person’s website if you aren’t willing to provide support for the thing, guys!
