hello,

our fundify site has been live for awhile now. 45 campaigns and just under 40k raised. my client is very happy.

one issue: when someone tries to donate from an iphone or droid the cart remains empty when they are pushed to the checkout page.

is there a patch or upgrade to get this functionality?

thanks mark

Hi,

I’ve just bought this theme, but it’s throwing errors after importing dummy content (.xml file).

Failed to import Media “sweet-leaf-bath-co” Failed to import Media “Crowd-Funding-Campaign-Page.png” Failed to import Media “4743358069_9fa737fce7_b” etc, etc.

Need a fix please.

Sounds like it might have run out of memory or time. Did you try re-uploading?

Yes I did, but no effect. Any idea?

It sounds like some of the old assets have been moved. Try downloading a fresh file from here: http://fundifytheme.com/docs/#install-demo-content-8

Hello, I’ve imported the fresh file but some parts (login, register mods, etc.) were not imported and some menus are not working properly. For instance: when I hit “Start a campaign” it only shows the shortcode: [appthemer_crowdfunding_submit], the same problem with other menus. I’ve double checked your tutorials but don’t know what’s going now.

Can you send me your email address so I can send you my admin credentials so you can take a look what the problem is?

Sounds like you’ll need advanced support, in which case you can purchase it here: http://ignitiondeck.com/id/fundify-support-checkout

Hi,

Is this a serious request?

I’ve installed Wordpress themes and plugins more than 100 times so I know what I’m doing and know when a theme or plugin is malfunctioning.

2. Envato’s / Themeforest’s policy is that plugins and themes should work 100% as described. The moment I installed the theme I ran into problems (see previous messages):. an xml file not importing properly, menus not working. According to your response this might be related with old assets, a corrupted xml file, so you suggested to try an updated xml-file. I did but with no result.

3. I’m not asking for a (custom) modification but a bug(!) fix. And yes there’s a bug but you didn’t take the effort to take a closer look at it.

Please fix this asap or refund me the money.

Best.

Hi,

Congrats for this theme, i have a cuestion, how you can set a fixed height for the campaings to show in the main page? This in order to have them align and all in the same size.

Thanks!

yes, this is possible, but it’s something we’ll have to guide you through on the support forums. You can purchase support here: http://ignitiondeck.com/id/fundify-support-checkout

Hi!

I’ve purchased this theme and would like to give my users the opportunity to back a project, not only using Paypal, but also a few other payment gateways. So I have two questions.

1. Is there any extension I can use to allow my backers to support any campaign using wire-transfers?

2. Is Skrill and 2Checkout compatible with Fundify?

We’re located in Portugal and hoping on a lot of portuguese backers, so I need these extensions to work properly in Portugal (unlike Stripe for example, that is not supported here).

Thank you,

ignitiondeck

1. You’d have to purchase and use the EDD manual payments plugin.

2. Fundify works with all EDD gateways, but most of them require that funds be processed immediately, with the exception of Paypal Adaptive, WePay, and Stripe.
