Hey,

The Header two – sticky at top with email/number etc, keeps disappearing on some pages after the layer slider loads. Can you provide a solution?

I did send you a message but sadly no response until now.

I have a problem with search queries for posts, if the query does not have a result it brings a blank page, (the search uses the archive template)

I would like to have a message such as “Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with a different query” or something, i tried to insert this with conditional logic into the archive template (php elseif is search or another else statement but it did not work

Could you point me into the right direction?

I did not receive the message strangely enough, but i resolved the issue by coding a new archive template with conditional logic in case the search does not return any results

at the moment we have so much support stuff, that we have put the update of some themes on the side road. Do you have any issues with the theme?

Buyer beware. Save your money, and choose another theme. Theme and author support are not as good as others on themeforest.net. Refund? Fugetaboutit.

IMHO there are better themes to choose from.

Hi,

we have offered you help with your theme, which you refused. You just said it doesn’t work, you don’t use it, give me a refund. We didn’t even had a chance to see your issues, and didn’t have an option to sort them out.

We use our demo and it runs all functionalities as it should.

I requested a refund within 48 hours after determining that the theme will not work for my purposes. Your idea of support is: it works on my machine, it should work on yours.

I’m calling you out: you’re all about the money. My request for a full refund was and continues to be ignored.
