However i doubt if they will give you a refund since the things you want aren’t inside the description or preview of this item.

And then one other thing, we authors don’t set the prices. The review staff is responsible for that.

I still have not yet bought this one yet. And I just realized that this template does not have many kinds of headings, no content like about us and stuff, no multiple layout support too.
