Hello Tomek, i have a nother question for using this super template on Iphone. There is the following error on the iphone:
Catchable ftal error: Argument 1 passed to GantryMenu::getInstance() must be an instance of Gantry Registry, instance of JParameter given, called in/webspace/.../touchmenu.php on line 79 and defined in/webspace/.../libraries/gantry/facets/menu/gantrymenu.class.php on line 35.

Hallo Tomek. My site is online now but I have an issue with zoo blog. Although I have setup and enable the comments config on zoo component the comments that someone makes don’t appear on zoo comment management and I don’t get any notification.Do you have any suggestions? Zoo and widgetkit have the latest version.

Hello Tomek Like the Template, have just got it up and running with a new site and we’re having a couple of issues. First we can’t get it to work with Google Analytics. Code is in place, have tried it from within Gantry as well. Any suggestions? Also the site is quite slow on initial load. Can you give us any direction on hwo to speed things up? Don’t think it’s s hosting service provider issue. Thanks Michael

If “code is in place” what you can see when you try to check “if tracking code was installed on your website” in Google Analitycs options?
Can you provide me a link to your website? I would like to check if code is displayed properly in your source code to tell something more.
Regarding to speed of your website, if you would like to optimize initial loading speed you can try to use RokBooster plugin, or JCH Optimize Plugin for Joomla. Both can combine minify and gzip all css and js files loaded in Joomla. Compression of files can reduce file sizes up to 50%, also requests to server are minimized, so it can give you a positivie boost on load. Here please note, that gantry gzip and gantry gcahe options should be disabled in template advanced settings.

Hi Tomek Site is www.griffinmedia.ie. Site is registered with Google Analytics but comes up as ‘Tracking not installed’. Code is just before </head> tag at beginning but have tried it before tag at end as well. Have also tried link to separate file with code <?php include_once(“analyticstracking.php”) ?>. All seems OK to me in the source but somethings not working. I’ll try that on the speed side, thanks. Michael
Hello Micheal, for me it doesn’t look ok.
I see correct Google analitycs code inserted in head section, and I’m guessing that you was using here feature built in to template – you gave your UA tracking code? And that is all what you need to make Google Analitycs work as it should.
But, I see that you have other GA code added after head section, what else, exactly same code was added twice? Why? Also this code is closed just in
tags, why notPlease remove your code added after head section, and please leave only GA feature enabled in template. After that Google Analitycs should read your code correctly and it should work without any problems.

Hi Tomek Have taken the other codes out from both places and just left it from the Template. When I look at the source it looks like it’s coming in just one place now but it still isn’t being picked up on by Google Analytics. This says Tracking not installed. If you think it’s setup correctly now then maybe it’s a problem with GA itself? Site seems faster now thanks. Michael
Hi Michael, I can confirm that GA code is placed correctly now.
Because of your previous attempts with other code Google Analytics can give you the same message, please give it a while. (it could be cache on GA side).
Please try to recheck in GA settings, “if code was added correctly” few times, and please leave it for an hour or two. After that please check Analitycs page once again. Please note that Google Analitycs service can start to work up to 24 hours. But “pending” icon should be visible before that time.

Please go to your download section on ThemeForest, and please download template package once again.
Insdie you will find folder – update 1.5.0 and instructions how to use and apply update.
On your website please remove files: fusionmenu.php and touchmenu.php which are stored in following directory : templates/futureprospects/features/

Hello Antonia, if you don’t want to use iphone layout for template you can turn it off in template mobile settings, in that case desktop version will be displayed on iphone.

Hi. I received a message when I try to open the template styles page. It reads “500 – an error has occurred. xml file did not load.” Everything else is working fine on the backend and frontend. This a new message.

Hello Ricky, unfortunately I’m not sure what you mean exactly. If you want to display only one image, you can disable or remove slides which are unneeded, and leave only one slide in slider module. If this answer doesn’t help, please provide a bit more information, or please prepare a simple screenshot with explanation what you would like to do.
