You may visit http://www.templatemonster.com/help/how-to-install-magento-frontend-localization.html Go to the System/Configuration, select desired store view in Current Configuration Scope (in the very top of left column). Go to Developer tab, look there for Translate Inline, and set “Enabled for Frontend” option to Yes. Now you can translate strings in real time on your frontend.
